“Poor online form and delivery ”

“Ordered beginning of January - still waiting!”

I received the new Spring directory & within a couple of weeks had placed an order for childrens clothing - that was 6th Jan, it's now 28th March & I'm still waiting to receive 2 of the items. I keep getting e-mails telling me the items are delayed further & further. I also placed an order from the new Summer directory within 1 week of receiving it & again 2 items are delayed until mid April. “Next delivery - horrendous”

Ordered a tv unit online and selected a day for delivery. As the options were midweek I had to take a day off from work. Waited in all day for it to never be delivered. Called NEXT customers service but they were completely unhelpful. They informed me they would pass on my details to the courier company and they will contact me. okay. first you have to register to purchase anything.. simple? no. two options, cash account or credit account.. no clarity on the options. completely confusing system. “mothers day flowers”

They arrived early but the delivery man was very upset because the vase was already broken ! I was offered a new vase but not for a week, by then the flowers would be dead! Sorry, but my daughter spent her money on a poor product which will not last a week. What will Next offer to compensate money spent on a below par product? “DEBITED ME FOR 3 ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT GONE THROUGH!”

I tried purchasing some shoes yesterday. I completed my payment details and verified by VISA and an error appeared. I then tried to purchase them again and got the same message so give up. “hartford furniture an absolute nightmare to build”

My parents (both in there late sixtys) went to next in kirkcaldy fife to look for a sideboard and matching tv unit,they both like the hartford small sideboard and corner tv unit. The girl in store advised they were self assembley but were very easy as she had built the ones in store in 20 minutes. WHAT A LOAD OF LIES!!!! First time I've used next online but NEVER again. Added items to basket and went to payment. Before paying,I decided to go back to look for something else but the items disappeared from my basket. I went through the process again and tried to pay by card. With 1 click I had a duplicate order placed in a debit account I did not want. “Making the simple complicated”

We made the poor decision to buy some furniture from Next last year. To be fair, we liked the designs and it looked relatively solid in the shop. On the other hand, some deliveries were late or just abandoned outside the house, some of the furniture arrived damaged and I had to put a little DIY time into modifying one of the cupboards to fix the noticeable wobble. After reading all the reviews I was extremely worried about ordering sofas with Next, but after further reaserch, other stores such as Marks and Spencer were also doing poorly with delivery so I decided just to go for it. “Don't trust delivery to store”

This is the second time I've ordered something to be delivered to the store for collection and the second time the order hasn't arrived and no one can promise me it will arrive. They are happy to take your order in the hope they have the item to send out to you but the idea that it's reserved for you is total rubbish. Oh my god. Same thing with me. I am fuming. i ordered a dress online on the 2nd of December. Im still waiting and am £34 down as they've taken the paymnet straight away!!!

They said at customer services my dress was out of stock. But it wwasn't when i ordered as it wont allow you to order it if it's out of stock. So where the hell is my dress if its been in stock since the 2nd of December!!

Wont be ordering from them again. Also advise others not to!!

I had ordered an outfit online to wear on the 13th Dec in the morning,was told it was avaliable and will it on the 14th Dec evening. Next Used to be one of my favourite shop but not any more. Couple of recent purchases turn up to be a waste of money, very poor quality, stuff basically felt to bits after wearing in two or three time.
