“Worse than awful”

Easily the worst website I've ever bought from. No idea why they insist on doing a credit search if you're paying by credit card, and slightly annoyed about it. Their system couldn't find my address, so I had to enter it manually, which was fine - eventually. Took me a while to work out where the option for doing that was. “Ruined my credit file and taking no responsiblity ”

one of the most awful experiences ever...I was overcharged by Next Directory who then sent no statements to me so I wasn’t aware of what they had done and then they placed an entry on my credit file for non payment of a measly £20 balance which means I can no longer apply for credit!!! spoke to them on so many occasions and they are refusing to take any responsibility for their stupid incompetent actions...completely useless and one of the worst customer service experiences ever!!! am now… Read Full Review

I used to love shopping at Next. The quality and style of the merchandice was excellent. Unfortunately, every year the quality of the service and the products is getting worse. I have made complaints via the telephone to staff who are very rude and certainly not customer orientated with their care less attitude. “Dreadful”

Why don't they look at M&S and then build their site based on M&S! Next is AWFUL - would try to never use again. Customer services phoned me to tell me my order wouldn't be shipped to designated store as I had changed my address - but I hadn't asked for credit and paid by cash anyway. Ordered online to use a discount code, was not given the option to enter a code anywhere on the page. Order then went through - there was no confirmation page asking to confirm whether you actually wanted to order with total price etc. It also automatically added to a credit account without giving the option to pay by card. “Next delivery - horrendous”

Ordered a tv unit online and selected a day for delivery. As the options were midweek I had to take a day off from work. Waited in all day for it to never be delivered. Called NEXT customers service but they were completely unhelpful. They informed me they would pass on my details to the courier company and they will contact me.
