“Fed up pay on time every month, what's going on?”

I am so fed up with Next on Line. I pay my account before it's due, I barely owe much, just over £100 now. I pay over min payment and yet every month they are reducing my credit to match my balance so I can't place further orders. I have not missed or been late with a single payment and on top of this I pay my daughters account who is at Uni. “cancelled curtain order”

Curtains ordered for £298 pounds in store at Lincoln 27th Feb. Told to expect delivery by 7th March. 10th March received phone call cancelling the order as they were unhappy with quality of the material and I would receive a refund. Received email 13th March telling me the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I ordered (and paid for) two items online four weeks ago and was informed by email of next day delivery. Picked up one item from shop following day - no news of other item(cost £35). No email. Phoned two weeks later - item in packaging - will be delivered any day. Still no email or apology. Phoned again one week later - item was lost in packaging(!). Requested refund. “Terrible customer service”

I have an account with Next for about 18 months. I had a credit limit of £500 it was increased to £600 and then taken away completely in one day. No contact and now I am expected to pay it off. I can understand sensible lending but I paid my account every month on time so cannot understand why it was suddenly closed with no contact at all. “Annoying”

I have had a similar experience to a previous reviewer. I currently have a account with next. initially my credit limit was £200, £500, £1000, £1500 then reduced to £1000 and then closed. I pay my balance in full every month and have never missed of been late with a payment. They have no reason as to why they have done this apart from they check you credit file monthly, which i agree is responsibly lending however i am also a member of credit expert and monitor my record regularly getting… Read Full Review

“Bad customer service”

I bought a telephone from next on line. It was faulty, so I had to return it, get a refund, and rebuy in the shop. It eventually died completely so I returned it. I was told by a pleasant assistant it was showing as £15, not the £30 I had paid, although I had all the relevant papers. I was told not to worry I would get a full refund. “Jugglers with that credit”

I had a next account which had a 2.3k limit on over a year ago and closed it, so opened another one up recently and they gave me a £900 limit, then when I looked a few days later, it went down to £600!? Whatever.. So I ordered a few things for my wife for christmas and a coat I got her was to big, so we returned it and she went online to order some other stuff, only to find out that we aren't aloud to order anything unless we pay for the order in full! “There won't be a NEXT time”

I have ordered an item twice on the Next website because they did not send me a purchase confirmation soon enough, so I thought the transaction did not come through. I called them to cancel the second purchase abut they told be that they could n't. I had to wait to receive it and then to return it which I did. We have used the Next website to order a washing machine and a new sofa on-line, as well as some smaller goods. I was amazed when our washing machine broke down on a Saturday. Convinced nothing could be done until Monday I was amused when my wife ordered a replacement from Next, online, late Saturday afternoon. She said he would be here the next day. “Stalkers!”

“False advertising, previous review miraculously...”

I placed an order for a description of "black leggings" and "brown leggings" from the sales section of the website. These arrived and were labelled "maternity" of which no description was shown on the sales section of the website. As a good will gesture nothing was offered to send the regular sizing due to NEXT's false advertising and the causing of much inconvenience to myself. “Delivery drivers falsify status ”

Checked the online status at 2pm and it said they had tried to deliver at 12:55 and left a card. “Shocking service”

Ordered 2 bedside tables and matching chest of drawers in July 2013. In September recieved a letter stating that some of the items were not yet in stock and were expected to be ready for delivery in October.
