    I bought one on Wednesday, it crashed about six times in two days, kept returning to home screen whilst using other features, took it back to Orange shop and got new handset, seems ok at present, but will give it some abuse over the next few days just to make sure.     Had a few power faults where it wont come back on for some unknown reason, plus keeps saying their is no signal whan my t100 has a clear signal, appart from that a great phone has everything you would ever need, would be better with an intergrated camera.

    The phone looks pleasing to the eye, it is not heavy and fits easily into a coat pocket. The menu system is slow and at times seems almost non-responsive.     having been a phone nut for the past few years..sl45,t66,t68,t720,6610 etc i went for the Orange SPV as it could do the lot. Having used the phone for 3 months i can say that if you dont need all the functions look elsewhere as the SPV is hard to use due to small keypad not good for text etc. Batter ...

    Excellent phone. Stops me being bored on long train journeys. A few minor annoyances, like it slowing down at random times, but, hey - it's Microsoft - you have to expect that.     Needs better help on how to download files from the computer to your phone and then use them as a ringtone/background or whatever. HELP!

    The SPV is an excellent product which has allowed me to put my Compaq iPAQ away in its box.
    The camera is rubbish and the ring tones are extremely boring, would it not have been better to allow a mobile of this nature the very latest in ring tones.

    I personally think this phone is the best out there now after considering all the features and value for money!

    Well I was pretty well impressed !!
    Took a couple of days to learn all the features and how to use them unlike the other two reviewers! They said the ring tones was poor and the sound not loud THEN CHANGE YOUR SETTINGS DUHH!. Once you have set up active sync which was I must say easier to download ...
