“Third Time is Not a Charm!!!”

This is my third time ordering from ASOS and each time I have ordered the size has never been correct even after measuring before placing the order. I truly don't get it! On my third order, which I received yesterday not only was the jacket a little snug but the zipper would not zip properly and kept getting stuck and the thread was also coming loose on the collar. i accidentally ordered some shoes from asos (such a stupid accident i know i know)so around $183 was taken out of my account, i received the email of the confirmation of payment and immediately no more then 10 minutes after getting the confirmation email i canceled the order. I received the cancellation email as well where it states refunds take up to 5 - 10 days. “Got a derriere? Don't buy their jeans!”

ASOS is hit and miss for me. Negatives: I am a normal UK size 8 but when trying to wear one of the ASOS brand jeans, they feel like I am trying to yank on a 6 or a 4. They barely get past my knees, partially that might be due to a lack of stretch. I am 5 foot 4 and 118 pounds, so I am not heavy.

“Consistently good shopping experience”

I've been shopping with asos for a couple of years and have never had a problem with them. Orders were always shipped within 24 hours, with tracking numbers. Delivery was swift to my address in the USA, especially since I signed up for their new vip program. Customer service always responded to questions within 48 hours.
