Absolutely love this website, its so simple to use and had a quick and easy delivery 5 days later.
I buy from asos all the time and have never had a problem my delivery is always on time and its great because you can track it and know exactally what day its coming. All my friends now use it and love it too.

I thought I had found the perfect dress for the winter formal at my school and so my mother and I ordered it. It was supposed to arrive a week after we placed the order... and it didn't. We gave it a couple more days and then we looked up tracking information. The dress was apparently stuck in customs in the UK, which makes no sense. wish I'd read reviews before I'd ordered,still waiting for Items ordered for next day, HDNL site says delivered even though they haven't, ASOS tell me it says couldn't be delivered so who's lying ?, so where ever it is they know I don't have the items, ASOS don't care because they have their money and refuse to refund, until they get them back from carrier, so basically it's the customer that loses out,

ASOS, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES - TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOESN'T SEND ITEMS - AFTER A WHILE BLAMES CUSTOMER FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND TELLS YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE MONEY BACK, WHICH YOU DON'T GET.
Great website promises quality goods at low cost. In reality they charge your card and don't send the goods. They also do not have a phone number to ring. You have to email, at which point you get an automated response saying they will get back to you within 24hours, which they don't.

Best online shop i use for clothes,
the prices are good, and the makes and products are good aswell,
almost everything i have ordered from them has arrived ontime, sometimes even earlier than expected,
if i didnt like something or it didnt fit, its very easy to send it back (this is free of charge) and the money is back in my account within a few days.
(one order did not arrive "next day" as it shouldve done, but me delivery charges where refunded, and this was the fault of the postage… Read Full Review

By far one of my worst online shopping experiences - I had purchased a shopping voucher which they failed to deliver, they had assured me a refund, but they have failed to to deliver on this.
They seem to have an incompetent workforce who do not have a clue as to what is happening.

Bought cloths for nearly ₤100.00 at the end of October 2009. Today is January 2010, cloths still did not arrive. They advised me that my parcel got lost in post and they tried to post it again but nearly all ordered items were sold apparently. What a time waste shopping!!!!!!!

There is a reason they dont have a phone number. The company knows how horribly inefficient they are and dont want to be swarmed with the complaints. Forget the unhelpful automated response from their "customer service team". Dont waste ur time and energy...ull regret it.

Well, I bought a £100 birthday present of a coat for my partner delivered on paid for next day delivery during Christmas week 2009.
The coat duly arrived - nothing wrong there. Within TWO days ALL 6 of the left hand buttons had fallen off.
We contacted their customer services and they told us that they have no more stock of coat (it was not in their Christmas sale), they will not be getting it back in, and could only suggest that we send it back and buy another style of coat.

bought a coat which was unsuitable. Used ASOS returns service via the Royal Mail, the coat was returned on the 6th Nov 2009, kept the returns receipt just in case there was any queries. I requested that ASOS refund the £90 to my card. Its now the 28th Dec 2009, i am still waiting for my refund. Bought my mother a coat for christmas, she is a size 14 exactly. I pressumed that if I bought the coat marked size 14-16 that it would fit my mother. Ordered two pairs of swimming shorts from ASOS in December when no shop in the world seemed to sell any. They promised delivery on Saturday (ordered late night Thursday) and they arrived at midday on the Saturday as promised. This was a real life-saver as I was to go away on the Monday. I admit some of the previous reviews worried me as I had forgot to check review centre about the ASOS website before I had placed my order! However I was actually very pleasantly surprised. I managed to get a pair of current Timberland boots for £86 delivered instead of the Timberland price of £115.

I have recently ordered a great deal of clothes from ASOS and have a few issues with the poor service I have received from the Home Delivery Network and the ASOS "customer care" team.
90% of the time I order well over £500 worth of product in order to get the next day free delivery.
