i agree with most of the comments posted about asos...when you need their help the only contact is by e mail, however i have now sent 2 e mails and have received no reply yet. the order has been paid for but it never arrived. the exact same thing happened to a relative and she lost out on her money. i am not a happy customer and will never buy from there again. all i know is my order was dispatched, i just never received it. also i think the quality of the clothes could be better as I find the… Read Full Review

I ordered a wallet as a present with a good few days to spare between estimated delivery and the date I actually needed it for, however instead of a men ' s wallet I was sent a size 6 women ' s vest top! They send me an e-mail saying that they dispatched the order and after a several minutes they informed me that they are unable to send me one of the 4 items I have payed and that I cannot cancel the order. I feel I received bad customer service
Their own branded clothes don't fit me well and seem cheap quality!

i have been shopping with ASOS for the last year now, at first i found them fairly ok, but I've noticed the quality of there clothes and stuff has become seemingly cheaply made. some items appear to be very poorly made, not true to size, and don't match the pictures shown on their website at all! Bought a dress on Wednesday for next day delivery...it went out with the wrong service and I wasn't notified. I had to chase them after I spent whole day waiting on it. They were really good once I contacted them, but had used Home Delivery Network, who I've heard can be unreliable. I feel I've experienced disappointing post sales customer service. I spent about £120 on my first order and had to return an item as it did not fit but I have not been able to follow up as there isn't any phone number provided and I haven't received any correspondence from them yet regarding a refund despite sending emails. I find the items I've ordered from ASOS to not only be expensive but seem to be made of inferior quality material. The worst of all is that in my experience the colours are not true to pictures at all. I ordered so many dresses and tops and my cream tops looked YELLOWISH in reality, like how they would when you put a white clothing in the wardrobe and it gets stained yellow with age, and my faint yellow dress turned out deep yellow, and my babypink top looks like muddy pink. my order with asos never even went through because of their persistent security check and what I see as their lack of responsibility. I had my order cancelled 3 times and found out later that it was their system error. although I kept emailing them asking what was going on, they just asked me to resend personal information to clear my account. when I did resend it I received no more responses!

hi there! my order also got cancelled for some security reasons about 5 days ago and they informed me the same day the items should had arrived! i couldn't believe it because they did take my money out straight away when i ordered it. it makes me think, they should do the security checks before they take out my money because i am still waiting for them to put my money back. could you tell me when they refunded your money please? i am getting worried now!!

I can't find a telephone line so when problems occur and I need to speek to someone which has meant an ongoing email disucussion which is taking months and is difficult to explain clearly. I have recieved a standard email many times in ragard to the same issue very annoying. It has been 5 months and I am still waiting for a refund. ASOS may have good clothes and a lot of them are very nice, but when it comes to delivery, I was very disappointed. They have no phone number listed on the website to call if you are having any problems, which I feel is just screaming out for things to go wrong.

I had the same problem too, I placed an order on 3oth Sept and it is now the 8th and still no goods. It said my goods were delivered on 3rd Oct when I checked the tracking site but I didn't received anything that day. I purchased 2 tops and a pair of flip flops. I also emailed Customer Service but had no reply, I emailed them 3 more times and still waiting for a reply. I have never had this problem before with ASOS, it seems like this is only been happening recently. What can we do?

I feel that Asos.com needs to improve their policy. They told me because it says on the website that they don't refund the initial postage fee it is ok for them to charge it for an item I did not end up getting because they didn't have a replacement dress. It was out of my control that I received a faulty item and then I am told I have to foot the loss for the postage. I find that unbelievable and poor customer service.
