I ordered 3 dresses for upcoming weddings. I was nervous and skeptical of sizing, but measured and ordered accordingly. The order seemed to take forever, a few weeks, but it was coming from UK to PA. The concept of customer service does not exist with ASOS. Next day delivery = we will get it to you when we can and we don't care what you've got to say about it. We have a standard script of 'I am sorry' and 'I apologize' but what we really mean is 'We dont give a toss because we already have your money and couldn't care less aftermath'

I bought an item on their website using the next day delivery. I ordered it on Thursday after 5pm so it would have been delivered yesterday (Saturday) between 7am and 9pm.
Still waiting and it is Sunday now when post is not being delivered. I doubt that Monday is considered a working day for delivery which means I should be lucky if my item is being delivered on Tuesday.

Buying is easy, after all they want you to spend as much as possible. The website is easy to navigate and the basket is quick to review. I like the fact that you can 'Save for Later' so you can look at a summary of everything you like before putting it in your basket.
Resolving problems is not so easy. Customer service is ONLY available by email, however they guarantee a response in 1 hour. The response I received simply asked a question that I had already answered in my initial email… Read Full Review

Asos is a nice website with OK prices, good for shipping stuff to overtaxed countries like Israel.
The quality of the Asus brand shoes is low. I got a pair of dock shoes and once I compared them to the proper ones that cost 1.5 the Asus price I realized that the quality is just poor in comparison… Read Full Review

Delivery was late, I waited in for three days. The goods when finally ordered were wrong. They have now run out of the shoes I ordered. Their customer service is weak. I now have a pair of mens boots which I didn't order and no way of getting the goods that I do want. They haven't yet come back to me to tell me what they will do about it.

i won't even address the shoes i purchased because they still haven't arrived 26 days after ordering. this is the second time this has happened with ASOS when ordering from the USA. they ship with DPD who then ships to a 3rd carrier and nothing is ever delivered. Ordered shoes from ASOS, 2 of which turned out to look different than they did online - cheaper and tackier than they looked on line, costing £45 each. Delivery was reasonably fast and the courrier left the package in my shed and a note directing me to find them which was as with previous deliveries.

I've used ASOS several times before and never had a problem. This time was a complete nightmare. Seriously.
Item due to be delivered on the Saturday, wasn't, then it was Monday, it finally arrived on Tuesday. So much for next day delivery. I've spent hundreds with ASOS. I've been shopping with the company for roughly three or four years now. I've never has any problems with the delivery whether it be 'standard' delivery or 'next day' delivery. When returning the items, I just use the freepost labels to send the item back and my account is credited within a few days time. Most of all, I love ASOS's fab sales. ASOS deserves a huge pat on the back; I've never had such good customer service before! I ordered three dresses that were each on sale for a very decent price. I received them today, five days late, and am still very satisfied. I emailed their late delivery email and within twenty minutes a real person replied back. They have refunded my shipping fees and given me a 10% discount for my next order. I would definitely recommend! I ordered puma/ferrari trainers and paid over £5.50 extra for next day delivery. I recieved an email advising that my order was packed and had been dispatched, confirming the item would be delivered next day. Quite how the rating is so low on this review site, I do not know! I have purchased multiple items from ASOS, too many to mention. Each and every time, I have received nothing other than perfect service in all areas. On the one occasion I did have a slight problem, it was dealt with in such an effective manner, I doubt another shop could ever even compare.
