I ordered very competitively priced designer label undies and nightwear on Saturday evening from the Outlet section of the website and took advantage of the free next day delivery (for order >£100 goods). I ordered a voucher for my friend for her birthday to be sent electronically by email, it never got sent on the date req. Chased, chased & chased to get automated emails back. Eventually cancelled my order still waiting for my money back after chasing them again. Absolutely appalling service. Will never order or recommend to anyone I know.

After patiently waiting 5 weeks (and being told item was on the way, also no tracking data available) and spending nearly $500 on the purchase price, I was later informed the item was lost, would not be replaced and a refund could take an additional two weeks. Both dresses looked as though they had been worn and washed then returned to asos by previous customers. I emailed asos to express my disappontment - this was a complete waste of time as all I received was a standard email telling me to return the items. I've shopped at ASOS for years.
Being a true shopaholic I can't seem to stay away despite numerous awful experiences and misleading pictures.
The first time the awful experience was due to their horrible courier company in my country (not UK). They either throw your package outside your door (where people can steal it), or lie and don't deliver at all.

ASOS really does have poor customer service. I live in London and have had too many issues with ASOS.
1. My delivery was late
2. So I asked to cancel my order and get a refund BUT they completely ignored this and sent the goods to me anyway and charged me the item fee and the higher delivery charge
3. They have no phone number advertised for customer to contact them
4. The customer service people did not read my emails and sent back responses which did not resolve my issue

I think the reviews on this website are doing ASOS no justice.
I am from the UK and i think ASOS is brilliant. I've been using it for 2 years, but not often, however, every time I have used it, my deliveries have come on time and exactly (if not better) than what I expected.
In response to the person saying the sizes were completely off from the USA, I don't know if you know but in UK the sizes are different to those in the USA. A size 6 here is not a size 6 in the USA.

I have used ASOS alot in the last 2 years and have never had any problems. Delivery (even though I opt for Super Saver - 5 day delivery) usually arrives the next day! I always triple check my order so I can be in no way disappointed when my goods arrive. Aslong as you review everything properly you should have a very pleasant experience with them. Despite having read many negative reviews about ASOS, I still decided to give it a try as I believe its sales items are quite a bargain.
My order arrived Australia within a week via standard courier, they gave me a tracking reference number for the parcel so I was able to track online (status updates daily) to see where it was. Still waiting for an order from ASOS. It was told that package was shipped out on 30/1/09, and expected date of delivery will be 11 working days later 14/1/10. However, my package didnt come on time, so i emailed their customer care. Terrible, terrible experiance!
I looked online to see Im not the only one DISGUSTED with their service, asos's customer service doesn't really exist. It's just some fancy wording to cover up the pathetic and dissapointing truth that they don't value their customers.
