WOULD NOT recommend if you are based in the USA.
I have now been waiting 4 weeks. ASOS refused to give me tracking number which is unheard of here so I had no way of checking if what they told me was true (that it was indeed shipped). I was continually told to wait due to postal issues (there weren't any) and today I was told the package had been "lost in shipping - now sold out". Refund could take up to a month. Have shopped with ASOS on numerous occassions, often tempted by email notifications of sales! Was not keen when first hearing of this online retailer and the basic ASOS range does not appeal to me, but I love the great range of brand name merchandise, especially when there's a sale on. The colour and quality of garments look exactly like depicted, and the catwalk video clips help a lot in showing the cut of clothing as well.

I'll make this simple. F k quality, f k value - if the product never arrives, then you have not bought anything, and the company hasn't sold anything - they've just stolen from you. Just wanted to share with my experience. I ordered Mark Jacobs bikini from ASOS on Saturday night and received it on Monday midday. It was easy to pick my size and it fits perfectly and looks top quality. They also give you the paper telling you what to do is you want to exchange or return your item. So, I'm genuinely pleased. Overall, I guess, it's pretty difficult to chose clothing over the internet if you never tried it before. My experience with Asos has been a nightmare. I live in South America and would never, ever, ever recomend it to somemone living in here. More than two months and I'm still wainting, when in their website they say it shouldn't take more than 11 day in standart delivery for South America. I have recently moved to Australia and had my concerns about ordering and asos delivering internationally, especially for returns, and my concerns were right!

I ordered 3 dresses for upcoming weddings. I was nervous and skeptical of sizing, but measured and ordered accordingly. The order seemed to take forever, a few weeks, but it was coming from UK to PA. The concept of customer service does not exist with ASOS. Next day delivery = we will get it to you when we can and we don't care what you've got to say about it. I bought an item on their website using the next day delivery. I ordered it on Thursday after 5pm so it would have been delivered yesterday (Saturday) between 7am and 9pm.
Still waiting and it is Sunday now when post is not being delivered. I doubt that Monday is considered a working day for delivery which means I should be lucky if my item is being delivered on Tuesday.

Buying is easy, after all they want you to spend as much as possible. The website is easy to navigate and the basket is quick to review. I like the fact that you can 'Save for Later' so you can look at a summary of everything you like before putting it in your basket.
