It is so difficult to buy from this company. They asked for my email and credit card (I have never missed a credit card payment in my life). But still, they said that I did not pass their security check, and they asked me to give them my driving licence number, which I had (I have never had a traffic offence. I had a few parking penalty tickets, but I have already cleared them). ASOS came back about 2 weeks later and told me that they needed a copy of my passport or driving licence and bank... I ordered a pair of shoes on next day delivery, exactly one week and one day ago. I am still waiting for them to be delivered.
I contacted ASOS two and a half days ago, asking where they were, and they said they were unable to assist me with an instant solution to my enquiry, but would contact the courier and get back to me. I have heard nothing since, so I have sent another email.
The customer service is frankly, dreadful, and on the couriers web site tracking it says the items were... (read more)

Very poor card authorisation - certain fields are non mandatory, and by not filling this in, these orders are cancelled.
No reliance can be expected from ASOS on important immediate delivery orders. (read more)

I used ASOS to order aftershave that I wanted as a gift, therefore I had to pay £6 for next day delivery, which I thought was a little excessive. Although my goods did arrive on time and were of good quality. (read more)Visit asos.com

I paid for next day delivery, and 3 days later I am still waiting. I have to go and buy something now to wear for tonight. People shouldn't have to pay for next day delivery when you clearly don't get it the next day.
When you have a complaint, ASOS don't even get back to you. What are you supposed to do, as there are no telephone numbers to phone them?! (read more)

I ordered some clothes late October with a 6-7day delivery period (there was no next day delivery service availble). After making my purchase, I recieved an email saying the order may take 7-8 days which didn't seem too bad, however I am still awaiting them 3 weeks on. I did not receive any more unprompted correspondance from the company stating there had been any futher delays, which one would expect simply as a matter of courtesy. I eventually found a contact number and was advised there... (read more)Visit asos.com

I thought I'd try ordering off the Internet and my friend had used the ASOS site so I thought I would and it was brilliant. The site navigation is easy to use so you can go to certain pages if you are looking for something specific and they even have sale pages.
I got my dress and shoes deliver in perfect timing for my holiday and they are both great. I was really pleased with my purchases from this site and would definitely use it again and recommend others to give it a go! (read more)

ASOS is a great website until there is a problem. Like another reviewer, I was asked to submit personal information to confirm my address, which I hadn't entered incorrectly, despite the fact I had used that card on that site before, albeit under my home email address. They did not confirm the receipt of these details, and then said they were going to cancel my order, even though I had done all they had asked. They do not respond to replies to their emails, or to the contact us forms on the... (read more)Visit asos.com

I recently ordered some jeans from ASOS, and was assured that they should arrive within 4 working days. What a joke! I ordered them in the morning on a Thursday, and over a week later I am STILL waiting for the item to come. I hate that you can't actually speak to anyone. Although they do usually reply to your email in reasonably good time, a telephone helpline would be a very good idea. Not only that, I've seen that they have been cut in price by half! Not only does this severely irritate... (read more)Visit asos.com

ASOS charged my account for three orders over two days. They cancelled the orders without any email or communication. It took six emails on my own part to get one response, which was a confirmation that they had cancelled the orders, with no information on refunding my money. (read more)Visit asos.com

You will all ways find something that you want and every week there are new items, if there is nothing that tickles your fancy. ASOS is great if you need to buy gifts for your men. From clothes shoes and accessories to make-up and gift I guarantee you will find something you want. There is nothing on the site that you won't have second thougths about buying. The... I purchased 4 items online from ASOS in July 2005. I was informed after 3 days, that 3 of the items were out of stock. Refund on its way over the next 10 days. 1 item was listed incorrect (wrong colour), and I then emailed asos.com They do NOT take telephone calls at all - only emails! I wanted to stop the order and have it cancelled, as the colour I HAD ordered online was different to that in the confirmation email they had sent me. They ignored my emails. Then I received the item, in... (read more)Visit asos.com

ASOS (www.asos.com) is an absoluteley brilliant site!!! It has a wide range of clothes for men and women and, at great prices. You can now also get a 15% discount just by typing dubit in section 2 when paying. They don't only sell clothes they also sell earings, necklaces, bracelets, bath accessories and make-up. So before you decide to go any where check out... (read more)Visit asos.com

Ever wanted to wear what the stars are wearing?? Not me, but I see plenty of you do because As Seen On Screen seems to be doing rather well for itself!
Here you'll find all kinds of items either 'seen on' or 'similar to' items worn by the stars...which is kinda cool. To the rest of us who don't really care about what the stars are wearing you'll still find some really cool stuff here anyway but it has that little extra hook doesn't it? ;o)
To give some examples of the kind of thing in the... (read more)
