They don't have a number you can call. So you have to deal with them through email. Beware placing orders because you have to trust that they will respond to your email. ADVOID ASOS! Disgraceful service. The delivery system they have is useless and by the looks of it I am not the only one to have had no delivery, terrible customer service and it takes weeks before they look into any query.
Just go onto their help forum and you will see the thousands of complaints that flood their website each day.

Thing is, people only bother to post reviews when they're angry.
Things can't always go right, and it's not like Asos are the ones delivering the items, the Post is to blame for that kind of thing.
For items out of stock and orders cancelled, well you can imagine the number of orders they get per day, I think credit should be given to them for managing to get most of it done.
Certainly some stuff gets lost, some have bad experiences, but ultimately more people have a good shopping experience… Read Full Review

Hey there
I ordered on Oct 17th and have not received my order - I have been in contact with "Customer Care" - she wrote something about checking stock and forwarding the package once more.. a full refund
is NOT the best solution- I did not order these items for my money to get refunded 3 weeks or so after I placed my order.. the whole thing it's just a bit too disappointing

Read these reviews and then listen to them...

I read tons of reviews about poor customer service, missing items from orders and items that were never received, and yet I still ordered from Asos. I never got my jeans and, surprise by the time they got back to me about it they had already gone out of stock, I was promised a refund but I'm still waiting for that too...

I love the clothes on ASOS but time and time again, my packages are lost. I think that this may be the case with a lot of international customers. We need to petition somehow so that ASOS will begin to secure tracking numbers for packages because this is completely absurd and rediculous. This is probably the third time that my package was lost. Like many here, I ordered something from ASOS's new US website. The item was not here after two weeks, so I contacted the customer service and they advised me to wait additional 5 days. At that time, I saw that some sizes of the item have sold out. Of course, by the time advised date rolled around, they were completely sold out of the item. Made three separate orders to the US with free delivery and all three were "lost in transit". Their customer Service is absolute garbage I had to 1. send 6 repeatative emails 2. facebook comment 3. ASOS forum thread and 4. Facebook message to get any response from them. It's such a shame because the clothes are beautiful but they NEVER GET TO YOU! how does it even make sense to have every single item lost in transit? FOR PRACTICALLY EVERYONE IN THE US?

My order dispatched on October 10th & should have been to me by the 18th... I have never waited to receive anything for this long! It took them 2days to reply & tell me I have to wait until November 1st <--WHAT THE! to recieve replacement of the same items "WHICH ARE SOLD OUT NOW" R u kidding me or a refund! Just tell me a refund because you can't replace what you don't have... What kind of mess is that to tell a loyal customer or customer period after I already waited an extra 10 days

Order was placed and dispatched on October 4th, 2010. The items are still not here. If you are reading this post, do yourself a favor and spend your cash somewhere else. I waited the additional 8 days that customer service suggested and they are still not here. I am very disappointed. This is not a one time issue but rather a reoccurring incident with this site.

I wouldn't use Asos, if I was naked and they sent me clothes for free. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like it. No one to call, numerous emails to and fro to answer 1 simple question, I get stressed just emailing them, its just not worth it. They are fine if your order is correct, but you try and contact them with any question and you will be there for days !
