Ordered clothes off ASOS for next day delivery. Received an email telling me they had tried to deliver but nobody was in. LIE. PLus they said the delivery man had left a delivery note. Second lie. been using ASOS for about 3 years now, what I was really surprised about was the fact on here the poor review it has :S
I do love the website..... The variety of clothes and excellent sales they have!!!
Only problem that I do have is that I cannot TALK to a REAL person, it is so annoying when I want to do something, as typing and emailing is really a pain!
But yeah besides that though ASOS is awsome, and I really do enjoy at the moment.....

Dunno why there are so many complaints about asos here. I've placed 2 large orders with them in the last 3 months and their service has been brilliant. Posted next day without a problem. They were out of stock of one thing I placed on my order, so they refunded me without hassle and recommended I looked at another few jackets that were similar.

This company is an absolute joke!! I ordered a new bikini and sunglasses the week before my holiday, i paid for next day delivery as it was being delivered to my parents address, and i would have to pick it up.
2 Days later my parcel still hasn't arrived so i tracked the order, only to find that they had delivered it apparently to my parents address where i had apparently signed for it. The first time I ordered from Asos my package was 02 weeks late but costumer service was great and very helpful . They finally told me that My package was lost and resend me the items that they still had in stock and for the rest I received a refund and it was automatic . I don't know what is up with this company... If you are thinking to buy something from ASOS, please just don't. Check their "forum" where there are many postings about missing packages, missing and damaged items. I did not receive my order and their answer was "sorry, it has been lost." They tell that to everyone in "forum". I saw about 50 postings like that on the same day. Something is up with them. ADVOID ASOS! Disgraceful service. The delivery system they have is useless and by the looks of it I am not the only one to have had no delivery, terrible customer service and it takes weeks before they look into any query.
Just go onto their help forum and you will see the thousands of complaints that flood their website each day.

Thing is, people only bother to post reviews when they're angry.
Things can't always go right, and it's not like Asos are the ones delivering the items, the Post is to blame for that kind of thing.
For items out of stock and orders cancelled, well you can imagine the number of orders they get per day, I think credit should be given to them for managing to get most of it done.
Certainly some stuff gets lost, some have bad experiences, but ultimately more people have a good shopping experience… Read Full Review

I ordered on Oct 17th and have not received my order - I have been in contact with "Customer Care" - she wrote something about checking stock and forwarding the package once more.. a full refund
is NOT the best solution- I did not order these items for my money to get refunded 3 weeks or so after I placed my order.. the whole thing it's just a bit too disappointing

I read tons of reviews about poor customer service, missing items from orders and items that were never received, and yet I still ordered from Asos. I never got my jeans and, surprise by the time they got back to me about it they had already gone out of stock, I was promised a refund but I'm still waiting for that too...

I love the clothes on ASOS but time and time again, my packages are lost. I think that this may be the case with a lot of international customers.
