I am very saddened that a company such ASOS has a very limited communication bridges for its customers. I definitely wouldn't recommend to shop at ASOS after using them for more than 4 months. Cheap stuff, i know you can find theme even in TKMAXX. But the level of customer service has changed my opinion about this brand. “CONTINUOUS MISTAKES BY "CUSTOMER SERVICE". WORST EVER!”

I had been waiting for a dress and a belt for weeks. At first, Asos sent the wrong package, they sent me men's shoes. Then they send only half the correct items, the belt, to the wrong address (the billing address). Then someone tells me the other item will finally be shipped to me. I did send a message on Facebook with the email address associated with my account and my order number. I did receive a reply and in the end, I did receive a full refund which is about all that could be done in this situation. I am glad people at the company do look out for customer experiences elsewhere on the Internet and do take action about it. Thank you Asos.

I recently ordered a dress at asos for my housewarming party and since I ordered it 2 weeks before the event, i opted to get the free shipping thing. Similar thing happened to me. First time i ordered was this bikini top nd i received it on time BUT with the straps missing so had to return it via mybybox and received a new order with the straps and they offered me a refund, which im not sure i received. Then i wanted to order again, two items. Received them both. Tried on the pants, didnt fit. Ordered new size. That size is out of stock. Oh no - we're sorry the straps were missing from your Bikini Monique. If you ever have any issues with an order, then just give us a shout so we can sort out a replacement asap. ASOS is an OK shopping site... until... you actually need customer service. So after having joined Premium - especially for the free returns I found that navigating the crazy process of just actually printing a postage paid label was so involved that I almost just resorted to paying outright for the return. Then I tried to work out how to email ASOS. OMG - now that was tricky. I am pretty IT literate and I can tell you this process was NOT EASY. “WORST service in LIFE!”

I placed an order April 30th and waited over 2 months for the order, against my will, and it did not show up. I contacted asos and they told me to keep waiting. I did and again....nothing. They were now out of stock on two of my items and could only resend one of them. Mind you, when they send you your pkg, ThErEs NO TRACKING INFO!! “Great products, SLOW shipping”

I adore the products on ASOS, and have frequently found some good buys. However, the shipping is consistently slow— as in, it typically takes at least 8 weeks for my ASOS purchases to arrive, sometimes longer. I ordered some summer maternity items about a month ago and paid for priority shipping because I need these items ASAP (it's not like they'll still fit next summer!) I have a credit with Asos which I cannot spend because I do not have a credit or debit card. If you want to give someone vouchers, you will need to check that they have a credit or debit card first. You don't have to do this if you use a more efficient company like Psyche (who also deal with queries by immediate return) Its no wonder Asos are giving profit warnings… Read Full Review

I’m sorry you’re having trouble using your gift voucher. The reason for a credit/debit requirement is in case your voucher doesn’t cover the full purchase amount. If your order value is less, then no action will be taken from the card. If you don’t have access to either card we’d be happy to refund you. I've ordered a pre paid debit card which I don't want and which has cost me money so I will carry on and in future use companies that accept a voucher as a payment method and you just accept that as a limit to be spent (ie every company but yours).

I never did get a response to my email sent 9 days ago by the way.

“Asos is a great market place for clothing but their...”

Asos is a great market place for clothing but their own brand is of terrible quality. After buying a dress in a size 4 and not physically being able to get it on as it had no zip and was purely elastic I ordered a size 6. This I could not get on either, it had the worst elastic round the middle and I doubt anyone would be able to physically get it over their shoulders. We're also introducing a cool new feature called fit Visualiser which lets you compare the size of your own clothes with those on the site. At the moment, this isn't available on all items, but if it is you'll spot it next to the size and colour options. We offer free returns from the UK and US, so if you live in either Country just pop your order back using your return note and we'll be able to refund you. I love ASOS, I shop there all the time and I still will but their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. When you try to get in contact via email they are adamant that you catagorise your question which, most of the time, ends in them giving you the answer they think you need and not telling you any other contact options.
