They currently have two amounts of money from same parcel which they told me to order again so I could get it next day but I've not got either and been charged for both! I am still waiting for my order which should have been delivered on 14th November, I was in all day and was surprised to see that a delivery was attempted supposedly but will try again on 17th November, it is now 23rd and 5 sickly, condescending email replies from Asos later, I still have not received my order. Ive been ordering from asos for a few years now and I use them a lot. Ive never had a problem until now, I order a GHD set over a month ago and when it arrived the GHDs and 1 clip were missing, a rang them the next day to inform them and I was told to send the item back as 'faulty' and I would get a refund. I email the customer care and ask where is my refund I was told they have refund it to me in my account .
Well I believe it when I see it as Asos staff have put me through hell and given me a hard time with asking one thing after another and I got 15 different story,s from every one
One say.s one thing and some one else something else.
They never consider me that I have been a customer for 5 years
Well they lost me as a customer as I don,t appreciate this sort of customer service.
I will be checking my account for my refund.
But they need to fix they customer service and treat people with respect because if they look at they reviews there is so many people in the same situation like me with no parcel. .Thank you

Terrible, Ive shopped here once, never again. Ordered a white shirt on next day as urgently needed for interview, it arrived with big black marks all down the back. Tried washing as has no time to get a replacement and the marks stayed. I emailed Asos and although it doesnt tell you anywhere not to on their site they refused to refund or take back as it had been washed even though they sent it to me faulty. Ordered a pair of boots to be received the next day. When I got them they had sent me two right feet so I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't replace them until I'd sent them back, which I had to organise (but was told "it's free :)" ). Hi, FYI - I have been in touch through the avenues listed numerous times! You are just asking me to go back to step 1 again. This has not been solved for over 2 weeks now, with contact going back and fourth with the same answer. I provided bank statements only to receive what seems to be a copy and paste reply of "we cant help you" and "call your bank" over 5 times by four different people at your center. Get your stuff sorted ASOS! This is ridiculous.

I placed an order for a suit with this company. After 3 weeks no sign of the suit, I emailed ASOS several times and they finally said that there is nothing they can do and the order is lost. I've only ordered from ASOS once but purposely ordered from the 'petite' range as I'm quite small and thin. I find it hard to order clothes online and was very excited to see they had a special 'petite' section. “Still No Delivery and Horrible Customer Service”

I have nothing to say at this point regarding the quality of the products, but that’s only because my items still haven’t arrived. The delivery date has been pushed back twice, and ASOS customer service has made no real attempts to resolve the issue. When exchanging multiple emails with two customer service representatives,  I was told (in more words) that they didn’t have any control over shipping and I would just have to wait. “Incorrect Item / Unfair Return Policy”

I ordered 3 items from ASOS & one of the items, the Tie Detail Cap, was incorrect. I was instead sent a cap with a Nike symbol on it and no tie on back, just a sliding clip. I am against paying for free advertising for such a company. Then upon trying to fill out the return process, i had no choice but to input credit card details which I refuse to do.
