Absolutely useless! If I could give them no stars I would! Two orders in a week went wrong faulty& wrong item! After ten emails they gave me free delivery! I ordered again and was told order would be with me Monday 1st of January 0001!?? So another 10 emails said they were looking into it & didn't! “Bad customer service ”

I've ordered from them about 3 times from the US. Twice they have sent me the wrong shoe size. I emailed them and they told me to return them and re order my size. This meant I was to be charged for the shoes again and had to wait until I was refunded for the first pair. Now that's annoying. There is no number to call, only email and they send automated responses, don't get to the root of the problem. They need to hire people that will do their jobs right and send the right sizes! I also order an item last week which was supposed to be delivery after 2 days since i paid for an express delivery and yet did not receive it. Asos doesn't contact me to let me know that my delivery will be delay, they really suck. Asos is really bad in customer care. Do real human work in that company? It seems like they have an office. Really disappointing for such an online shop claiming to be one the best.

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear about this, this isn't the ASOS experience I want you to receive as a first time ASOS-er. I understand that the size conversions may be a bit tricky as all of our sizes are labelled in UK sizes. This means that if you ordered a dress for example, if you received a UK size 10 it would be the equivalent to a US size 6. I'm including a copy of our show size guide for you as well. This shows that a US size 8 is the equivalent to a UK size 5, so don't panic if you receive something like this. The best thing to do is to try to shoes on to double check that they fit just in case. “Terrible customer service! Do not use! ”

After making an order valued at over £80, the order showed up as cancelled on my asos account however the money was still debited from my bank! Around 6 weeks on and no refund has been made! Customer service is useless and there is no direct phone number to contact them regarding issues!!! Only received sarcastic answers via there twitter account! ("We only rock online") !! Made a few orders so far, everything arrived exactly within the specified timeframe (which is nine days, and every time I received the parcel exactly on day nine lol :) Absolutely loved all the dresses, they're are all terrific. Just one minor thing, some dresses look pure white on the picture but are more champagne/creamy color. Thanks for the reply :) I don't have a Twitter account, but the dress I was referring to is Lipsy VIP Lace Pencil Dress with Keyhole. As you can see, it looks, basically, snow white but is actually very much beige.

“Not Bad Customer Service”

Where to start? It would take me an age to list the faults with this company. In a nut shell, ive had two major issues of late. Firstly, they sent me and order missing an item and then sent the replacement to a different address than I ordered it to. I spend hundreds on asos every month just for quickness everything like river island and new look are on it so it was handy!!! I always seem to find original and good deals, especially in the sale sections... “wrong item shipped, error promo code given, bad service,”

A wrong item was shipped to me. Emailed to clarify, and got a 10% off promo code. WHICH DOESN'T WORK. Emailed back again, and finally got another (and I'm not sure if it works, I'm not buying from ASOS again.) I was advised to send the item back. The courier I used was skynet, and there apparently are some issues. “They will ship you something similar to what you...”

I placed my first order and was so excited they had the shoe I was looking for. When it came it was the next size larger. I logged on to see if I made the mistake, and soon found out they were sold out in my size and just shipped the nearest thing. I also noticed that the price had gone down. I emailed them and they said there was nothing they could do. They included a 10% off coupon for my trouble. Very cold email and point blank. Ship our shoes back and keep an eye on the shoe. been shopping with asos at least 4 years now and I pretty much only buy my clothes from their website. The shipping is excellent I get my order within two days usually a maximum of three (I am a uk customer), and not only is the shipping prompt but if you spend over £15 its free and not to mention free exanges and returns. “Totally Wrong Sizes”

I was so excited to find some lovely cloths in big sizes at Asos as I am a size 28. 

I ordered 2 gorgeous blouses but they came half way across my chest when I measured them, they measured 50 inch across at the chest. Any size chart puts 56-58 chest for a size 28 so these blouses were only in fact a size 22-24, they must guess the sizes.

As many people here I have some big problems with refunds on my orders. I made several orders and any of them hadn't arrived. I was making orders day after day, so I was unable to predict it's gonna be so problematic! First orders haven't came around so I get refunded. Ok. Hey, so sorry to hear that your parcels didn't arrive! Our standard parcels are sent with your local postal service and are not usually trackable, our express parcels are sent with a courier though. Hahaha, as I said before- I made another query and ASOS didn't care. The told me to contact my card issuer, blah blah blah.

“Haven't received my refund”

Have been trying to communicate with ASOS for over a month about an order that I cancelled and they promised me the refund on my account by June 10. I still haven't received it, although I've been trying to tweet and emailing them with no success. This is a non acceptable customer treatment, and it has made me not trust ASOS anymore, although I used to love ASOS and have been a customer for a couple of years.
