Over a month ago I bought two watches on this website. One for my father, the second - for yourself. But I got nothing. NOTHING. When I wrote about this in the customer service, they promised to send me a replacement. But it turned out that this watch is out of stock and Asos decided not to return money. Ordered a pair of boots to be received the next day. When I got them they had sent me two right feet so I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't replace them until I'd sent them back, which I had to organise (but was told "it's free :)" ). I sent them back the very next day but they took 5 days to reach ASOS and I was refunded. Received an email a day after I placed an order stating that it was canceled by the company because of a "tech glitch" and that my money has not been taken, however when I checked my bank account, I was charged three times. Hi, FYI - I have been in touch through the avenues listed numerous times! You are just asking me to go back to step 1 again. This has not been solved for over 2 weeks now, with contact going back and fourth with the same answer. I provided bank statements only to receive what seems to be a copy and paste reply of "we cant help you" and "call your bank" over 5 times by four different people at your center. Get your stuff sorted ASOS! This is ridiculous.

“Horrible customer service & delivery ”

I placed an order for a suit with this company. After 3 weeks no sign of the suit, I emailed ASOS several times and they finally said that there is nothing they can do and the order is lost. And once it was found and returned, they will credit my money whenever that may be. Regardless, I blamed the courrier service and reordered the same item. “No Good, Never Again”

Hi All, I ordered a watch for my sisters Bday from ASOS. received a confirmation email about the purchase, and a few days later received another email saying the transaction was failed. This happend twice. Now, 2 weeks after her birthday, we finally got the watch ordered. She received it today. It looks like it has been previously worn MULTIPLE times. I've only ordered from ASOS once but purposely ordered from the 'petite' range as I'm quite small and thin. I find it hard to order clothes online and was very excited to see they had a special 'petite' section. “Still No Delivery and Horrible Customer Service”

I have nothing to say at this point regarding the quality of the products, but that’s only because my items still haven’t arrived. The delivery date has been pushed back twice, and ASOS customer service has made no real attempts to resolve the issue. When exchanging multiple emails with two customer service representatives,  I was told (in more words) that they didn’t have any control over shipping and I would just have to wait. “Incorrect Item / Unfair Return Policy”

I ordered 3 items from ASOS & one of the items, the Tie Detail Cap, was incorrect. I was instead sent a cap with a Nike symbol on it and no tie on back, just a sliding clip. I am against paying for free advertising for such a company. Then upon trying to fill out the return process, i had no choice but to input credit card details which I refuse to do. I signed up to ASOS Premier a few months back. Normally next day delivery is around £5 and each time you order, it mounts up. Signing up to the Premier service is great. You pay £9.99 for a year. You then get UNLIMITED next day delivery on all your orders. Its well worth it. You also get some cheeky discount codes here and there. Not often enough but I have heard it's often a good code. “Order didn't come at all!!”

Ordered last 18th of June, Estimated arrival was last 8th of July but there wasn't any parcel came, waited till 15th and emailed them "replied after 2 days" saying I need to wait till 22nd of July. Ordered two shirts on the 20/07/15. Items were shipped on the 22/07/15 and recieved on the 24/07/15 and had the option to track my delivery for free the whole time to know of it's where abouts. Delivery was also completely free as I spent over £20. “Never Reimbursed”

I ordered some dresses for my honeymoon and they did not fit. When I got back from my honeymoon I attempted to return them. I lost my return label and requested a new label. I was never sent a new label. I took it into my own hands and googled the return address which is UK. I spent $55 on shipping and I've yet to receive a return. $156 for two dresses was thrown away and now I don't even have the dresses to resale. Stay away from this company… Read Full Review

“Worst Customer Service Ever”

This company only cares for money. Once they have obtain your money they care zero about customers and their service. They sent my package to the incorrect address and then expect the customer to go find the damn thing. They put their customers in risky situations and when you ask for assistance they give little importance. Packages no matter the price are not insured and if they lose it, oh well your loss.
