Out of the rest of ML class (98-05 models)the Mercedes ML 270 cdi would be the best choice for economy and to run, but does have the power there when you need it especially when the turbo kicks in, opt for the lux packs with the 7 seats and tiptronic, in general theses cars are not that bad as they ...

I'd recommend to anyone. I love my car. Easy to drive, easy to park. It has been nothing but reliable and with 60,000 miles on the clock, it has only been in a garage for its service and normal wear and tear.

Overall, The Mercedes M270 is comfortable, suitable for families with outdoor needs ie. enough boot space etc. Luggage space for taking relatives etc. to airports.

I have just been in major crash with this vehicle, jeep total write-off, but I walked away with only whip lash. I totally recommend this vehicle for safety. Just bought another Mercedes ML 270 CDi.
I would recommended this Merc to anyone who wants reliability space and comfort.

Quality Control must be sporadic at best. Other owners love this vehicle, but I do not know why. Looks great, but this was a true disappointment. Chrysler should have sold off Daimler-Benz!

The Mercedes M Class is the worst 4wd I have ever owned. I would love to get rid of it but it has a very poor resale value.

My Mercedes Benz M Class ML270CDi is now 5 years old, 82000 miles. I had a New set of Tyres around 50000, 3 services from new.
It has been without doubt the best vehicle I have ever owned.
It still looks good & runs well.

I have owned my Mercedes Benz M Class ML for 9 months. During this time it has been nothing other than totally reliable and a real joy to own. I towed a large caravan with it across France and Spain and it did so effortlessly. All of the luxury accessories have performed superbly making this car a r ...

After the first month, I took it back to the garage as I could not stand the thing anymore, after a lot of pressure by me a replacement was offered but because of the amount of money I had already spent on the car for RFL, side bars, mudflaps, personal plate transfer, starshield warranty, I would ha ...
