I am the proud owner of the HRV since it came available in Belgium, now 6 years ago and I have now 330000km driven it and had none technical problem what so ever. Just the normal expenses as tyres, brakes and oil changes ... It is a pity they are no longer produced ! ! ! Do they do that with all the ...

Bought the Honda HRV 10 days ago and love it. Reasonable cost to run, comfy would highly recommend one.
Would personally like a sun roof but guess with air con dont need one!
Electric fold in mirrors how cool, and good for car parks!!

The Honda HRV 1.6i 4x4 is a more sensible choice than it looks. HRV is easy to drive, cheap to run and reliable. Performance is only adequate unless you thrash the engine and the overlight steering spoils the handling. Electric folding mirrors are useful but a lack of options count against it as a n ...

Beware of the HRV Auto CVT 99 after 80,000Km It developed shuddering at start off which has been quoted at $3000 to repair. I love the car its great but I have heard its a lemon due to the problem I have. Not sure if I will fix it - it may happening again.

Great unusual and different! Honda reliability and non 4x4 on road manners. The Honda HRV 1.6i 4WD 4x4 is great in snow! This car has been knocked by the critics for not knowing what it is! Thats the whole point! It's a personality with 4x4! It's less bulky better to drive than most 4x4's and costs ...

Since buying my Honda HRV 1.6i 4x4 new in January 2004 I have been plagued by very severe dasboard creaking noises. They began at less than 3000 miles. It was four months after that Honda sent a specialist to the dealer from whom it was bought to rectify the problem. It had already been in twice ...

Overall, well pleased with the Honda HRV 1.6i 4WD. It's different, stylish and has decent performance. It's not going to climb a mountain but then most 4x4s don't do that anyway! Had problems with electric windows getting stuck open. Interior is well put together but the plastics used are cheap.

The Honda HRV 1.6i 4WD is excellent for showing off to friends and getting admiring looks on the street. Also a great way to keep as much money in your pocket for a quality car. A bit tight for space in the back with only 2 seats and easily dented in small accidents.

We bought our Honda HRV 1.6i 4WD because, living in Scotland, we wanted the convenience of 4WD but we didn't want the year round costs involved with owning full size, full time 4x4.
We thought, briefly, about a Scenic RX4 as well but decided against the dubious reliability and build quality that th ...

I have driven my Honda HRV 1.6i 4x4 for two years through the Finnish summer (brief) and winter (long) in both city and countryside. The ABS and 4WD are great for driving on ice covered roads - Pulling away from lights in the city, the 4WD kicks in, breaking for the next set the ABS kicks in. In the ...
