    I was insured with Kwik Fit for 5 years and also got my breakdown cover off them, I paid monthly by direct debit all was ok until I cancelled the breakdown cover or at least I tried to but they kept debiting my account for it even after numerous expensive phone calls.     My partner was cold called by Kwik Fit claiming my insurance was due for renewal and if she could just answer a few questions we could get a special discount They gave her the impression she was renewing not changing.     Kwik fit did not get back to me before i left the country after i had informed them that i was going to be out of the country for 6 months and that i needed to extend my car insurance cover from the normal 60days.

    Even though Kwik-Fits quotes tend to be pretty competitive, they do seem to have a problem in disclosing exactly how much money you'll end up paying on top of the premium for your Car Insurance.
