When calling Kwik Fit it is really difficult to speak to someone. Very often was asked to call back again when they are less busy. Kwik-Fit Car Insurance were cheapest at the time Already having problems and it's only been 3 weeks. Not taking payments when told and bad customer service that don't know anything.

Can't fault them really. Excellent price for both cars, £20 cash back for 2nd car. Free MOT (passed) even though its 9 years old

My son was insured with kwik fit because it was cheaper than his previous insurer , he got a free MOT but they said it would cost him about £500 to get it through , he decided to go somewhere else for another test and guess what - it passed.

They increased my premium without telling me. However, I managed to get cheaper; almost half price quotes from various other companies. They renewed my car insurance automatically, and within 3 days I called to cancel and they charged me an admin FEE!
