    Feeling more and more let down by HSBC bank. After 44 years as a customer with HSBC BANK i as well as every customer will be charged £25 for being approved for another year to carry on with the same amount of over draught as i have always had.

    Low interest rates and not getting a lot from my savings ... had to go to branch to sort out my accounts because they have no contact telephone. Friendly staff though.

    HSBC used to be a good bank. They would answer your calls directly when calling customer service, and had a great high interest rate. They now have a horrible phone tree, and have raised many of their fees and lowered interest rates . I'm saying goodbye to HSBC.

    I had £3000 taken fraudulently from my business accounts, over 2 hours of calls to foreign call centres was frustrating almost unproductive and still don't know where I stand on the loss.     Great until you can't log on to their website. This first happened a couple of months ago. The site - indeed, no site beginning www.hsbc... would load.     HSBC took from the 31st August until I received an email dated 16th September to reply to a complaint.

    Their online message system is merely a gopher passing on messages to other departments and are not very helpful at all.
