HSBC will not allow me to access my business accounts, it keeps "timing out" which is very expensive (I have ...

General layout of Internet Banking with HSBC is good, when I can receive it. Transfers and payments work immediately - good system.
After being able to log in the process is fine but I have had to use telephone banking recently as it is far quicker, but I do need to see my on line statements regular ...

I have been a HSBC customer since I first set up a bank account at 17. They have done nothing to make my banking experience a nice 1. I have recently had the internet installed at home after years of fighting it. I have used Internet Banking before, at a branch, but mainly telephone banking to pay bills & transfer funds. I have found both easy to use & convenient but the best thing is, I don't have to write a list any more. I can ...

I have been with HSBC since 1984 when it was Midland Bank. I have used internet banking since they first introduced it. I am a website designer. I tolerated their redesign. Why they insisted on using the unnecessary Flash image (moving graphic currently a lizard) on their homepage when their custome ...

I'd been with HSBC for pretty much my entire financial life. From the moment I got my first part time job, through university, through my gap year and now through my master's.
Recently, they began chasing me for an overdraft, even though I had only been overdrawn a few months in the ENTIRE time I ha ...

Whilst we finally managed to reset our mortgage with HSBC, it was an arduous task. We chased and chased for information and assistance over a period of 7 weeks. Their general level of customer service has been quite appalling and after complaining we received little in the way of comfort that they r ...

HSBC reworked their online banking a year or so ago, and what was a perfectly usable service became very slightly prettier and frequently too slow to get even as far as the logon screen. The main improvement was to avoid restricting the user to a smaller popup window - now you can browse the rest of ...
