I was given an initial allowance of £2000 on my Virgin Credit Card. Which is large in comparison to my other credit cards initial allowance. The egg card gave me £500.

Missed payment by one day and had to pay the full interest rate for the lifetime of the balance! Have paid off and will never use again. stay away!!!

Virgin Credit Card put my apr up to 34.9% with minimal warning, when I asked why I was told that they choose "random" accounts to do this to, not on the basis of risk, isn't that nice to know!

I was a Virgin Credit Card customer for many years and was 5 days late in paying £8.99; they stung me with £12.00 late fees and £14.55 interest - totally over-the-top. They are the worst financial organisation I've ever dealt with.

customer services are very helpful. I've never had any problems with Virgin Credit Cards.

Excellent all round card.
