    Nationwide Internet Banking is truly awful,the various references to passwords mem: dates etc is not consistant or discribed in a manner that is possible to follow!

    when the Nationwide internet banking works its good.when it will not accept your security information, even though you know its right and you get blocked. you call up, the staff are usually friendly and helpful, you are told to reregister and they will send you a new pass number in 3 or 4 days. to ...

    Nationwide is a good building society. Its branches are staffed by people who are helpful and a pleasure to be in contact with.The internet banking is absolutely rubbish. I hope they do not try to close branches with the excuse that people can bank online.

    The Nationwide Internet Banking log on procedure is cumbersome , fickle and laborious. Please get it redesigned to work promptly in a timely manner.
    Why o Why does the internet bank not work p;romptly. You try to log on and wait, and then when you log on you are told try to log on later.

    I have always found Nationwide extremely helpful having been with them for years I can only speak as I find. As for internet banking, I've not had any problems. The card reader is a bit of a pain to use but I would rather have it than not as it seems a good security measure.

    I have been trying unsuccessfully to register with Nationwide internet banking system for the past hour or more.
    Despite having two accounts with Nationwide I am unable to register.
    The three bits of information required for 'security' have been rejected.

    I cannot log on to my nationwide internet banking, as I do not have a user name, I have memerable data

    Absolutely terrible, Nationwide Internet Banking will not log me in, even though all of the information has been entered correctly. Sometimes it works, but that is about 1 in 20 chance though. Customer services were not help at all, and told me i must have had caps lock on, although i did not...

    Nationwide Internet Banking is Not an easy route to my account, tried a few times without much success, I have on line banking with another bank and that is so easy to use.
