    Of all the online banking system used, see below, Nationwide is clear and easy to use and my favourite.
    The look and feel has remained largely the same for many years, and have slowly introduced and improved the look and feel overall

    This is far too complicated and involved with too many headings and data to rememeber.I won't be using nationwide internet banking again.

    Nationwide in recent times have allowed their customer service fall below their usual high standards.     Nationwide's internet banking system is unreliable. The site is frequently not available or down for maintenance, and even when logged on to the site carrying out transactions can be a frustrating and time consuming process. These problems have existed for some time.

    Nationwide Internet Banking is overly complicated. Too many headings to choose from on the web page. The requirement for a 'username & a password' before being to log on is not necessary given that further security checks will ensue later on in the process.     Nationwide are that. They are too big to offer a personal service.
    I have got charged twice for being 'late' with a payment regardless of the fact I paid one 2 weeks before due date and one in cash at the branch 2 days before it was due!

    when type nationwide.co.uk - get a list of options not the correct side for me to conduct my business.
    Then click several not relevant things listed and still cannot access my accounts.
