    Fogotton user name nowhere to let you know this I thought it was my e-mail address.Have been sent a key pad but no instructions on how to use it I also do online Banking with HSBC so much easier, how do I find out my user name.

    Nationwide was my bank for 12 years and was always in credit the whole time. I asked them for a £1500 overdraft and had £11000 in a linked savings account with them and they turned me down because I had a £10 disputed payment with Orange. I wrote to them to say how appalling this ...

    Since I decided to leave lloydstsb afterover 30yrs banking and receiving poor service and being missold insurance. I wanted to have better customer service and so I openned a flexaccount.     have used Nationwide Internet Banking for last ten years, has been excellent. recently I was locked out, since have reregisterd five times and still have no success. Number sent never works, . Am thinking of changing to another Bank

    Of all the online banking system used, see below, Nationwide is clear and easy to use and my favourite.
    The look and feel has remained largely the same for many years, and have slowly introduced and improved the look and feel overall

    This is far too complicated and involved with too many headings and data to rememeber.I won't be using nationwide internet banking again.
