    I went over my overdraft and wrote them a letter explaining why, and they did not charge me. The Halifax would have! I was with Halifax and I moved to Nationwide internet banking, and its great!

    I have used Nationwide for more than 18 years, but I have had problems with fraud recently, and customer services have been very unhelpful, and I am being asked to visit a branch.

    I was recommended the Nationwide Internet Banking, but so far I am not impressed. There online banking service is letting them down, which is a nuisance to me, and not good customer service from them. Come on Nationwide. Get it sorted!

    I have been with the Nationwide for 18 years, and I have a mortgage, savings CC and e savings with them.

    I opened internet banking many moons ago, but, now I have this problem and Nationwide have stated the problem of accessing the payment and transfer screen is at their end. That was over 6 week ...

    How long have you got? The registration process with Nationwide Internet Banking is impossible and creates spurious 'T' registration numbers, which the system subsequently doesn't recognize.

    Have held Nationwide Flex Account for 6 Years now, along with a Mortgage , Credit Card and Savings.     Nationwide internet banking is a safe secure system of viewing all of your bank accounts and/or details. However it is rather limited. You can transfer money between your own accounts, excluding savings book accounts. But you cannot interfere, cancel or set up new direct debits which for me throw ...
