i have been with tesco car insurance for 5 years now, and i have 5 years ncd so don't know how they handle claims, but i have paid them a fortune in admin fees changing my address over that time.

i threaten to leave and they they have waived it but sometimes i can't be bothered with the fight. ...

Tesco Car Insurance are Reasonably priced and when I had an accident they were very easy to deal with and sorted everything out with the garage the next day. I only had to speak to them once and they were very helpful when I did.

If you try and leave Tesco car insurance you are treated on the phone with a level of aggressive rudeness that is staggering.
