Had a non fault accident on 21st feb '05. Tesco refused my request for Mercedes to do the repairs. It has been supposedly repaired 4 four times. In all, Tesco Car Insurance offer a very good service, marred by too many mistakes - on one occasion, the agent gave me details of someone else's policy by mistake!
