This gun is fun to shoot with a scope and with open sights I reccomend it to any body who wants a small and very powerful air rifle.

A fun, ready to shoot, right out of the box springer. We own 2 of them so far, and would buy another without a second thought. It really does scream if you use the GAMO RAPTOR pellets - they drive hard & deep on marine grade plywood at 25 yards, and have a tight group.

Was going to get a scope for mine but after using the fibre optic sights I realised I didn't need to. Can hit a dime from 50yards! I love this gun one little problem is the recoil I don't use a scope because it gets shaken loose a little. The most accurate pellet gun I've used so far. There really isn't any thing bad about this gun except the recoil. The Gamo Shadow 1000 air rifle is a good all round gun
