    Bought my Rover Metro (GTa 16v) 2 months ago and I just love it! K reg with only 39,000 mls, bought it for £76 off ebay. Needs a bit of a touch up, rear arches, sills etc... Goes like a train, 120 mph! Overall 9.9/10

    The Rover Metro GTi 16v - K-Series are very good cars. I have the 1800 k series in mine and with uprated suspension it handles like a dream.
    I rate them above many other cars I have driven and don't mind oblidging many a b/racer in other more normal cars in showing them the error of their ways if ...

    I'm running 165 bhp under my metro i've had it 2 years and so far spent 2k. so far i've blown away RS TURBOS/UNO TURBOS XR2/3i's and it feels great. All my mates who have been in my car have all commented on have fast it is and that they never thought such metro apart from the 6r4 could be as quick ...

    I bought my Flame Red 1990 SPI Rover Metro GTI in 1992 with 8500 miles on the clock. It now has 54000 from new. It is mint and is probably one of the finest GTI's in existence.     The Rover Metro GTi 16v - K-Series is a great addition to the boy racer circle. A very fast little car indeed. Get one in good condition, and your laughing.     I have now bought another car, need one where i live, So do i buy another engine, or get the head gaskett done, or sell it?????

    Has anyone else found this problem????

    If repair does anyone no a good place, cheaply of course, In Mid Wales where i can get it done????

    Rover Metro 1.4 GTi, I own one, and they are a very sexy looking car. I goes like anything and dont you just love looking in the rear window, as the toss in his little 1.2 Nova dissapears into the disstance and your foot isn't even at the floor. Well i do!
