We booked easyjet Amman Jordan to London. (In Amman, there is a security check before reaching the check in desks). At the airport, we were refused from entering security - based on the easyjet duty manager communicating with security entrance (as the security guard informed us). “To Greece with Easyjet”

“Better than ryanair, but that's it”

Only took an one hour flight from Cologne to London with them, it was the worst flight I ever had, due to weather conditions, so I won't blame the company. Still the customer service is poor and it seems to me like its a rather insecure airline. Will try to avoid it in the future… Read Full Review

It's worse than Ryanair in my experience, as its punctuality is worse. Ryanair is more honest in its contempt for its passengers. You know from the beginning with them that you are in a war where your opponent will use every underhand trick in the book to inflate the price you pay.

“Best ever magicians”

This is the only way I can describe a company that have sold a holiday based on a description that does not match the Hotel. Every element from the time you get to the airport with EasyJet is aweful. The lines are unreal, the customer service personell treat you with contempt, and you will be charged a fee for everything they can possibly charge you for. Exactly my own experience, only from Manchester to Copenhagen. Arrived two days late and absolutely no information from the staff about the delays. Bussed us to Stansted and stuck us in a manky hotel and fed us paupers' food (corned beef fritters and oven chips). Absolutely refused to honour the EU guidance about compensation. We were 100s of £ out of pocker because we'd pre-paid our hotel. The same thing happened the previous year in Portugal. I will do my utmost to avoid this airline in future.

“Been screwed another 80 euro by Easy jet !!!”

First, they annonce me 30 Euro (instead of 11euro) charge because my booking did not take into account the hold luggage. And then they charged me 50 euro for the second hand bag: a plastic bag with a wet towel from the morning shower that did not fit anyway in a packed suitcase. “Better Than I Expected”

Knowing that EasyJet is a no frills, additional charge for everything airline, I have had nothing but positive experiences. You do get herded onto the aircraft and might not have your choice of seat, however the ones I have been on have been very nice and clean. Great experience compared to last year. The level of customer service and communication has improved beyond belief. In particular, the organisation at Palma airport was excellent. As a result, the queues moved rapidy and the waiting time was reduced considerably. “DON'T RIDE EASY JET!”

Once my family got on the plane it was fine but our flight was delayed, then delayed again, then canceled to the next day, then delayed once more, until finally we were able to get on the plane so we can go back home. I really do hate Easy Jet - I remember the first time I travelled with them and I asked the air steward for a pen and he acted as if I were the scum of the earth. The other thing I really resent is having to pay extra for a seat number! I fly with easyJet a lot - I hate the free seating. This might have been "funny" when they were just a tin pot airline with a couple of planes. Now, at Gatwick at least, they are top dog and you can't operate hundreds of flights in this cavalier way. “Good airline, but boarding could be improved”

I actually enjoy flying easyjet when I am onboard but I hate the rugnby scrum that ensues for boarding. This used to be as easy as buy Speedy Boarding - but on my flight to Alicante there were like 50 people with this so it was just a massive queue before the main queue. “Theft in the sky”

Be careful when travelling with Easyjet when you purchase food etc on board they will not accept euro coins under 50 cents, then when you are looking for your change they do not have any. “Review your on-line booking system !”

We travel with Easyjet a lot and book on line. There are two charges for card use ; one for credit cards and one reduced rate for debit cards. Ours is a debit card but every time we use it we are charged the higher credit card rate. We then have to e-mail Easyjet who 'as a gesture of goodwill' eventually refund the difference!
