    I was less than impressed with Easyjet, ultimately - it is what it is. The quality of the customer service that could be enjoyed is somewhat diluted by the staff who believe that with low frills comes poor customer service. NOT TRUE.

    our EasyJet flight left luton on time and we would land in lisbon 20 minutes ahead of schedule.     First of all my EasyJet flight Leaving Pisa was 1 hour delayed for no reason. I was 10 minutes late for my check-in. They would not let me on. Even though I was only 10 minutes late and the flight was yet again delayed for an hour. Then I had to pay 52 euro just so I could leave in the morning.
