“Havent even flown yet and its already the worst...”

I've tried for about a week to change my flights. For 3-4 days I've tried via website however my card kept getting declined. I know for a fact it is not my cards problem because i have used it since without a problem. I then tried with credit card of a friend. It also got declined under the same error (EJ2ip02x). When that didn't work I decided, despite the extra cost to me, i would try to change my flight via telephone. “Worst flight I've ever taken!”

The airline treated passengers like animals. The so called "speedy boarding" I'd paid extra for involved STANDING in a line outside the door to the tarmac for 40 minutes, while we waited for the plane to arrive and be turned round. One of those standing was a young woman with a child, there was no-where to sit. Why would they send us down to stand at the door when we could have been sitting in the lounge? “Unfriendly, inflexible”

Just tried to cancel a booked piece of hold baggage because the 2 hour check-in window doesn't allow time to clear security and enjoy the servisair lounge. Unfriendly operator told me that Easyjet is a non-refundable airline, although I can make changes to the flight, the names, or even add hold baggage on-line. this experience directly contradicts thousands of unhappy customers reviews and experience

the cabin crew ,smiled the whole way , wow

and the leg room , well you must be very small or failing that you may of had the emergency exit seats . the leg room is far from acceptable if your 5 foot or over you just have to grin and bear it because apparently its part of a cheap no frills airline .

IF THE FLIGHT YOU PAID FOR EVEN HAPPENS !!!!!

Easy jet where do i begin with this. a catalogue of errors on your part and the worst customer service ever. we arrived at Bristol with just hand luggage and at the gate we were told we were only allowed 2 bags. ok so we started to decant a very small handbag into the available space in my bag. this vile eastern European lady decided that we could not do that, even though you can , she said we had to check it in. in this time i saw several people go through with 3 or more bits of hand… Read Full Review

“nothing easy about it.”

Flew on a flight to Malaga from Bristol and firstly found the flight crew friendly. But on my return on 27th January 2013 from Malaga to Bristol at 11:00 -12:50pm. I found the flight crew arrogant and very unfriendly. The lowest of the low in public service. I will NEVER fly with them again. The flight was just plain awful. Flew out of Manchester on the 4th January 2013 to Tenerife on Thomas cook airline's the legroom was the worst ever and i didnt enjoy the flight being cramped and having to lift the armrest and sit at an angle for over 4 hours are unacceptable in todays age.. “hidden costs and no sympathy”

ON THE 5TH OF JANUARY 2013 I WAS TRAVELLING HOME FROM ALICANTE. WHEN MY HUSBAND GOT TO THE CHECK-IN DESK WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD NOT BE SITTING TOGETHER. AS A VERY NERVOUS FLYER I WAS HORRIFIED. WE WERE TOLD THAT WE COULD PAY EXTRA TO SIT TOGETHER. WE SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR AND WERE TOLD THE SAME THING. “The worst airline!”

Don't bother book a flight with Easyjet just to save some money, because really, you pay double.... You have to pay everything even for the seats!!! They don't even offer you a glass of water, their seats are unacceptable(are comfortable for a smurf though) and their service is extremely POOR. I checked in an extra luggage and when I arrived to the airport, I had to pay extra for the weight inside the luggage. Really it's stupid. “Flight cancelled for no reason”

Our children were supposed to be joining us for Christmas in Madeira, but on reaching Gatwick airport were told that all flights were cancelled because of strong winds at Madeira airport. News to us, because although it was a bit breezy in the morning, everything was still by late afternoon. And EVERY flight run by EVERY airline except Easyjet took off and landed as normal. We were on this flight too. It was disgusting service. We were given 2 options ,either to stay at The Hilton till flight left on 26.12.2012 or cancel and a full refund will be given. We chose to cancel ane Easyjet are now refusing to refund us saying it was rescheduled so refunds not being given.Please let us know if anyone heard this and if they remember the Easyjet representives name as we need as much evidence to try and get our money back.

“lots of hidden charges and hotel rating is rubbish”

I booked my holidays to sharm-el-sheikh for the family for 1260 for a 5* hotel and flights. Due to current unrest in egypt, I changed my destination to Tenerife. The cost of the holiday on the day of change was 1050 for the family. Easy jet charged me another £350 and extra charge for transfer. 1. “THE CABIN CREW STOLE ME CASH!!!!”

Lest month I travelled to Bordeaux with EASY JET and on my flight back, apart from my flight being delayed almost 3 hours and I had to miss 1/2 day of work, my biggest dissapointment was the fact that Easyjet STOLE me GBP5.00! What a horror story! Good for you for not offering easyjet to your clients in the future. Unfortunately, you will have to work hard to find alternate flights, as AlItalia doesn't seem to have as many flights.

“cattle crowding”

i printed off my boarding pass, and took the tiniest suitcase i could find ! despite this,having got through the security check in easy enough. the whole thing ground to a halt ! speedy boarding people were struggling to get through the crowd, and others were slipping through and then forced back into the queue. there appeared to be only one person trying to get the crowd through to board, and so we were stuck there for far too long. as a semi disabled passenger, i cant stand for ages, and felt… Read Full Review

Going to Rome, after animal stampede to get a seat was awful but easy jet are going to change hoprfully. Returning plane was delayed for 3 hours, but still had to be at the gate. It would have been common courtesy to be told the reasons why. Instead we were left not knowing what was happening The pilot explained that it was due to flight control over France, but the staff should have informed the PAYING CUSTOMERS way before what was happening,we would have understood. “Best Luggage Allowance With Easyjet”

I have flown many times with Easyjet on the Manchester/ Marrakech route and to be honest i find this airline one of the best. The check in is quick and friendly,there have been no delays, the crew are super friendly and i suppose you could say they provide a little light hearted entertainment. The baggage allowance for me is fantastic 20kg in the hold and so long as the hand luggage meets the dimentions you can take as much weight as you can easily lift into the overheads.
