it is a rubbish airline company we paid for our luggage and we got to the airport and they said we had not paid it was on the information but they said no it has not been paid for but i had no problems with the plane the crew where fine

10 hours late. staff rude and swearing, lack of communication. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH EASY JET AGAIN. Never had such bad customer service. I woudl not even fly with them if free......

Flew with Easyjet from AGP to STN, The flight left 10 min late but we arrived 15 mins early. The cabin crew were polite and helpful. I used to despise Easyjet and would always rather pay the extra. I have to say that now, after using them a few times i can see the point. What a nightmare. When we reached the easyjet ticket counter there was no one there! And we had less than two hours until our flight. We asked a few people standing around and they had no information of where the employees were. Finally about 45 minutes before our flight someone waddles to the count ...

I would never fly easyjet again-not even if the flight was free. They made us miss our flight & gave every reason in the book as to why they will not reimburse us for the additional costs we had to pay as a result.
I would rather pay 10 times more for the peace of mind i would get flying on a non b ...
