Up to a month or so ago I would have praised Intelligent Finance up to anyone.
Unfortunately though my current account suddently won't accept direct debits even though theres plenty of money in the account. Upon phoning and emailing I/F several times im just told over and over again theres nothing ...

Having set-up a mortgage, personal loan, credit crad and current account through Intelligent Finance, I cannot fault them. They had some problems with logging in recently, not that I was aware of this. However they sent me an e-mail to say sorry - now that is customer service. Saying sorry even when ...

The Intelligent Finance web site has failed me on several occasions. I am sure some of he time the problem has been mine but every time? I use computers a lot of my time at work and do not experience the logging on difficulties I have had with IF.
