    DO NOT BANK WITH INTELLIGENT FINANCE - they are slow, incompetent, and train their staff to lie to their customers.     I am afraid most of the people writing these reviews may have had one or two relatively small bad experiences with Intelligent Finance.     I have been using Intelligent Finance for three years now and never had a problem. Recomended them to friends and family too, even my mum (67 years old) is a great IF fan.     It is such a shame that IF just haven't thought through and designed their customer service properly.
    For example:-
    You get given 3 usernames! This is a customer ID, online username and a "plan number". These are all needed for different contacts by email, logging on or on the phone. You also have ...

    Intelligent Finance:
    Waiting for up to 30 minutes to be connected listening to awful music.
    No other phone number to call as a direct line to Complaints.
    Despite urgency of our matter, they were prepared to file our letter and request to close the account for up to 4 weeks...

    All that I can say about IF is bad unfortunatly, I have banked with them for 3 yrs and had problems with them for the past 18 months, problems which have not been resolved. I wouldnt reccomend IF to anyone.
