Ordered an Orbea MX 50 29 online, got 10%discount, no extra charge for delivery and bike delivered a day earlier than expected. Straightened the bars, attached the pedals and the bike was ready to go. Brakes fine, gears set up nicely. Very pleased and would use again.

I ordered my bike online which was quick easy and simple, it also came with cash back which was immediately redeemable within the same order which I thought was brilliant! They kept me informed at every step of the process, and provided useful information for when my bike arrived. Unfortunately the delivery company had let me down significantly! Not even delivering my bike at all, so when I went to pick up my bike I noticed that the box was opened and my additional tyre and lock were missing. The bike itself had been so carefully wrapped and taken care of that it had managed to come out of the ordeal completely unscathed! I called the bike company immediately to ensure that the wheel and lock should have been in the same parcel, which they confirmed - and from the kindness and generosity of their own hearts they offered to send me a new tyre and lock, despite the mishap being neither their fault or responsibility to rectify. I am truly taken aback with this company and would recommend them to any and everyone.

Ordered the bike during the current Corona-virus crisis. Ordered on-line with a couple of phone calls to "ukbikesdepot" to clarify some things. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful - Great service. They also threw in 15% of value of my purchase in other products, so have got high end lights and lock included in the purchase price - Really good value for money as I could not find this type of offer anywhere else on-line!

Ordered a pair of Fox defend fire pants on line yesterday and they arrived this morning and postage was free!! Very well packed and a lot cheaper than I could find anywhere else.I will definitely be using Cycle gear again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any one. Cheers

Now 96 hours later I am still awaiting a cycle which was to be delivered within 24 hours. When dispatched 3 days after order, the email notification gave no indication as to likely date of receipt. I have subsequently established that a "48 hour" service was used rather than a "24 hour/next day" service, adding to the delay. Emails querying the delivery schedule have gone unanswered. When spoken to they sought to blame the courier, and displayed a complete lack of ownership for late despatch, use of slower service and lack of any meaningful communication. Shameful lack of customer-service culture as all of these things could so easily have been avoided or rectified.

I ordered my son a bike paying £20 for Saturday delivery, received confirmation it had been dispatched on the Friday. I viewed the tracking status with their courier TNT on Saturday morning that stated the bike would be delivered before 18:00. Waited in all day for it not to arrive. Checked this morning and the status has changed to 'scheduled pending delivery'. Having read the reviews of TNT it seems this is an extremely poor courier service. I suggest cycle gear use a more reputable courier than TNT if they want more positive feedback.

Bought a bike for my 8 year old 24 inch orbea team disc for Christmas first bike had transit damage,I contacted them and the staff had bike out within a week during the busiest time of year took old one away on receipt of new bike hassle free.The staff was very courteous and made sure they had replacement bike and all details of delivery were the same before arranging new delivery,new bike arrived and is perfect,awesome can’t thank CYCLE GEAR enough will be buying my sons next bike here without hesitation.

Easy to order, delivery was very quick and most importantly for a childs bike it is light and well equipped with durable mid range shimano bits and it looks so cool. The wheels look bomb proof, 36/36 on 24 inch rims. I love it. I think my grandson will be over the moon when he gets it on Christmas morning. Looking forward to a pre Christmas lunch bash over the common with him already.

Bought a Scott road bike from UK Bikes Depot in July. Arrived quickly in perfect order except for a scratch on one of the crank arms. I reported this and received a new crank arm as soon as one was in stock without any drama. Was not asked to return the scratched one and was able to enjoy riding my new bike while I waited for it to arrive. Excellent customer service, very responsive both on the phone and via email.
