I echo everything said below. Had a moron of a bloke phone me 1 hr after we had been told to arrive saying that he was only a driver and there werent enough of them to collect my car . Bot all use that when my flight was a few minutes later. Purple parking were absolutely great . Use them or the T3 official people. No doubt this dimwit is a fully aware member of this criminal bunch though I suspect his moany downtrodden drawl is not an act and fully reflects his sad little lonely theiving life .I hope he spends my 65 quid on some more drugs. Hopefully he will overdose soon and do us all a favour. Unhappy Christmas mate you horrible little man . P.S Had a great three weeks on a beach in Dubai . Hope you enjoyed mugging a few punters in cyberspace in your little hut in your little carpark.

“Securepark - Be Warned!!”

Securepark Heathrow is an awful company - having booked online with them, I followed all instructions and called when half an hour away to get no answer. I left a message on the answerphone and asked for a call back to confirm that they had received the message - no call came. I arrived at the terminal 10 mins early so waited at the alloted place. 10 mins after the arranged time, I called them again and their phone was switched off. I called again 10 mins later and it was still switched off. I then approached someone who worked for the airport who was reluctant to say anything but eventually told me that they were infamous for doing this and said I was lucky that it was this end of my holiday as other customers have had to wait up to 4 hours for their car on return, if it turns up at all as some cars had gone "missing"! Police had been involved etc and generally they were an awful company. they don't wear any coloured jackets like the other companies as they don't want people to recognise them. Obviously I didn't need this at the beginning of my holiday, but was grateful for the heads up and I managed to get booked in with Meteor Parking who were extremely helpful and efficient, and haven't charged me very much at all.

“DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING WITH THESE COWBOYS!!!”

BOOKED MEET & GREET SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY ON THE 31ST OCTOBER FOR TRAVEL ON THE 25TH NOVEMBER VERY QUICKLY RECEIVED CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. RECEIVED 2ND EMAIL THE NEXT DAY THANKING ME FOR OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM WHICH WOULD MAKE IT EASIER FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS. THESE WERE THE ONLY 2 EMAILS I RECEIVED FROM THEM. I CALLED SECURE PARKING 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT HEATHROW TEMINAL 3 AS ADVISED IN CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO BE TOLD MY BOOKING HAD BEEN CANCELLED AND I SHOULD OF RECEIVED AN EMAIL (I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL). THE GENTLEMAN WHO ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT IN THE LEAST BIT HELPFUL. BASICALLY TOLD ME "I AM ONLY A DRIVER & THE ONLY ONE HERE YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO PARK AND IF YOU WANT A REFUND YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THE COMPANY" I HAVE EMAILED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES BUT AS YET HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE NOR RECEIVED A REFUND. WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH COMPANY AGAIN!!!

BOOKED ONLINE WITH EASE FOR A 6 DAY BREAK LAST MONTH. SPOKE TO SOMEONE 30 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVAL AND CONFIRMED THE MEETING POINT FOR THEM TO COLLECT THE CAR. THEY NEVER EVER TURNED UP (EVEN THOUGH WE WAITED WELL OVER AN HOUR)!! WE WERE THEN UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM. I HAVE EMAILED THEM/TRIED CALLING AND THEY HAVE NEVER RETURNED COMMUNICATION. STILL WAITING ON REFUND AFTER HAVING TO GET ANOTHER (VERY GOOD) COMPANY TO PARK OUR CAR! DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE IN THE HABIT CLEARLY OF TAKING YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDING A SERVICE. “What a shambles.... no Meet & Greet service”

At 7.15am we phoned SecurePark Heathrow!! \"Car will be with you in 20 mins\". During the next 2 3/4 hours the message was \"Office temporarily closed\". Occasionally told \"car will be there shortly\". Finally got a relative to rescue us and take us to the car yard (Wrexham Car Sales!!). Solitary woman eventually found necessary keys to extricate our boxed in car. No answer to our emails and letters - no sign of any refund .... \"Addressee gone away\"........ Horrendous experience.

I arrived Heathrow on time and had called Secure Park. They didn't show up. I rang every 10 minutes for over an hour, when they did answer the phone and mostly you can't get through, they said they would be there in 10 minutes. They turned up 1 1/4 hours late and the only reason I caught my flight was because it was delayed. On the way back it took nearly 2 hours for my car to turn up. They have been subject to BBC Watchdog investigations after complaints. I have researched further and they are not even the cheapest available. Do yourselves a big favour and just don't go anywhere near this company Close this company down...

“Leave your car at your own risk-you may never see it...”

DO NOT PARK AT SECURE PARK HEATHROW - YOU MAY NOT SEE YOUR CAR AGAIN OR YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT HOURS AND HOURS FOR IT TO BE RETURNED. YOUR CAR MAY BE PARKED ON STREETS OR COUNCIL LAND AND MAY BE SUBJECTED TO DAMAGE. I booked via the Secure Park Heathrow website and paid by credit card. I was travelling to the other side of the world with a long journey ahead of me so wanted an easy life and to get as close to check in as possible. I received confirmation from the website which gave a number to call 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. I made the call on the evening of my departure when I was within 30 minutes from the airport and the gentleman (Mitch) was completely unaware of my booking. My booking was for 1 week. He asked that I drive to the short stay car park in Terminal 3 Heathrow where he would meet me. On arrival he eventually walked up to the drop off zone where I was waiting with a clipboard - the clipboard appeared to have sheets of bookings and actually looked credible. I didn't look in any detail and to be fair these could have said or meant anything! He explained that he didn't receive confirmation of my reservation but explained that he only receives details of bookings on the previous evening and not those booked for the same day. He gave me a card with a reference number on and a landline and mobile number to call 30 minutes before landing. He showed me where my car would be waiting which was in one of the lanes directly outside Terminal 3 at Heathrow departures. I then went on my way and he drove off in my car. I should have asked for a receipt or contract from him which showed the mileage and condition of my car before handing him my keys, but just didn't think about it at the time as I was in a bot of a rush. When I returned to Heathrow on the Monday morning at 6am I immediately called the number on the card I was given which was shown as 'out of hours' contact number. The phone was switched of so I then sent a text informing Secure Park Heathrow that I would be at the terminal to collect my car by 7am. This gave them plenty of time. When I arrived at the terminal, my car was nowhere to be seen and after waiting 2 hours and following numerous texts and calls, none of which I received a reply to, I began to make enquiries via the police. To my horror, they confirmed that they were aware of Secure Park Heathrow and that they had received many complaints about the company. It was suggested that I wait a further hour to see if the car showed after which time they recommended I call them and report my car stolen. At this stage I had been travelling nearly 40 hours and what was meant to have been an easy and pleasant parking experience had quickly turned into a nightmare! I began to think about how I was going to get home which was a 4 hour drive away during which time another lady who had flown in on a long haul flight made herself known. She too had booked with this dodgy outfit and was at a loose end. Eventually we jointly managed to get hold of Mitch on his mobile who told us that he wasn't meant to be working that day but would try and track down our car and arrange for his friend to pick us up. About an hour later both my car and the other lady's car showed driven by people who I was led to believe were friends of Mitchs' rather than employees of Secure Park Heathrow. My car seems to be okay although I didn't check the mileage before, so wouldn't have known if it had been driven around whilst I was away. I then set off home. hindsite is a great thing and I should have checked the internet for reviews and read the Watchdog report on this company before making my booking! When I was waiting for my car to show, there were many other un-official BAA valet companies that were pulling up and driving other cars away and in most cases the person who's car it was is likely to be totally unaware of where his or her car is going, who's driving it and if it will be safe and secure. I must say that the guys that ran the official vale company at T3 who were operating from a kiosk/cabin at the terminal were absolutely fantastic and looked after me whilst I was waiting. They offered me tea and let me use their phone etc - I'll be parking my car with them next time for sure. Yes - it is a bit more money but cheaper if you buy it online, but at the end of the day, you get your car back and you leave it with people who take care of it! If you think about it, had my car never showed or if it were to come back damaged, my excess alone would have been 4 times as much as the parking fees at the official valet place let alone all the other costs and stress you incur as a result of your car going missing! I see that this parking company is still trading online and taking peoples hard earn cash - whatever you do, do not under any circumstances book with this company and make the same foolish mistake that I did my entrusting your car with an unofficial airport parking company or person you don't know. Book directly via the airport every time and pay that extra bit more for peace of mind - you'll wish you had!

“Terrible Service”

I went to India for a meeting and booked Secureparkheathrow for my BMW 7 series Meet & Greet service. On arrival to Heathrow I have to wait for 45 minutes to 1 hr for my car to be collected ( called 8-10 times to get through the office). The driver was very new and he does not know even the routine protocols and did not give any paperwork and was asking me the normal procedures. Reluctantly, I gave my car and called the office and was reassured that my car was in safe hands. On return I have to make minimum 50 phone calls before getting some one to answer my phone call. Even the airport authorities and the police failed to track the person in-charge. Registered the case with Police with other similar episodes and was told that CID is investigation. At-last after 3 1/2 hrs, I got my car at 22.45 ( Landed at 18 :30) with no clear & sensible explanation. I was glad to see my car and drove home after a long journey. Never going to use these people again. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CAR

“Avoid like plague”

Asked to ring 1/2 hr from Heathrow on outward journey. Spent entire time trying to get through but no answer. Finally got through when at Heathrow and car picked up. On return rang at 9.45am to say arrived back and expected them to be there approx. 3/4 hr later. Spent next 2 hrs either not getting any answer to being told car was blocked in by 2 other cars and they couldn't find keys! Finally car arrived after 2 1/2 hrs late with 70 miles on clock. Whilst waiting at Heathrow spoke to local police who said it was a civil matter but they offered to speak to person on phone. As chap said he was on way and would be with us in 8 mins. we did not pursue this but it was another 45mins before he arrived. Mrs Thomas

“Awful SecurePark Heathrow - my car reported as stolen”

Arrived back to Heathrow after a business trip to Paris and attempted to call SecurePark Heathrow but both of their contact numbers were 'disconnected'. After 3 hours of not knowing what to do I was informed this company had gone into administration and that I should call the olice and report my car as stolen which I did. An hour later the police managed to contact this company and my car was returned by the 'manager' with no explanation for my 4 hour wait at the airport, he had no paperwork for my car and no apology. Awful, awful service and truly thought I would never see my car again.

“Damaged Vehicle,no response or resolution!!!!!”

We parked our vehicle for 2.weeks,vehicle was returned to Terminal 1.On inspection,the front of the vehicle was damaged.Have spoken to Robert who I pointed out the damage to. I have had no other response from Secure Park Heathrow.When I again spoke to Robert,he mentioned company was run by a father & son,the father runs a pub and I wouldn't be surprised if the car had been left in the pub car park for the last 2 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!

“Not Secure Park Heathrow!”

In April 2011 we left our vehicle, we thought, in the safe hands of Secure Park Heathrow. We were met at the departure area of Heathrow and left the vehicle with the driver. When we returned, 2 weeks later we phoned Secure Park so that they could meet us at Arrivals to be told that the vehicle had been stolen and they had sent us an email. No representative from the company had the decency to meet us at Arrivals to explain what had happened, and we had to arrange a hire care to get us back home. There was no email. After many attempts to contact them we finally received the crime number for our insurance company. Do not use this company because in our experience they are not SECURE!

“Avoid at your peril!!!!!!”

We left our car at heathrow terminal 5 for four days, we picked up the car no problem but on cleaning out the car a couple of days later we noticed a car parking receipt for the day before our return at a different terminal at heathrow. It turned out that our car was being used to drop drivers off to collect other cars. Do not use this company unless you are happy for your insurance to be invalidated and the for them to use your petrol and use your car as a taxi.

Must have used them 12 or 15 times now and they've always been bang on time for departure and arrival - and very good value. “AVOID this NOT SECURE car service”

Hi We left our car with SECURE PARK HEATHROW and returned to find our sat nav had been stolen. In hind sight we should of taken it with us but we had hidden and with a name like "SECURE PARK" we didn't think there would be any issues. The owner of the company played dumb when we tried to get to the bottom of what had happened to it and to this day we have had no sat nav returned and not even any compensation. AVOID at all cost!!! VERY DODGY!!!!

“CARS STOLEN FROM THIS MEET & GREET ”

DO NOT use secureparkheathrow.co.uk In April 2011 my car and 2 others were stolen whilst in their 'care'. Police confirmed that they had been taken from an unsafe, unsecured parking area with no CCTV. The keys had been taken from a box left in another car. The police did not even have a record of the theft of my car. I had to report it 3 weeks later when I returned from holiday. I was left stranded at the airport. They did not want to know. They do not answer their emails, texts or phone. NOT WORTHY OF 1 STAR - I would like to award minus points!
