so it was my first time on edreams i booked the ticket and after few days the first leg got cancelled by the airlines, edreams keep asking me to wait for 48 hours for approx two months they kept saying the same thing in the end i got an email we cant help you and you need to contact directly to the airlines as airlines is not responding to us, after that when i reached to air canada they simply showed me the disclaimer that you have to contact to your online agent where you have booked the ticket, we dont entertain the people who buy the ticket from third party. i have been harassed by edreams i gave them calls more then 100 times in the end one customer executive told we cant help you as you are not our prime member and i would like to tell they have blocked me from chat executive option and removed my both the bookings from the app. i am calling them since june 9th and now its november 7th still no resolution provided, my worst mistake ever that i trusted the website of spain barcelona sitting in canada, i should rather trusted some indian websites.

“unreliable/untrustworthy”

I prepaid for a car for a 7pm pickup at Dulles Airport for 3 day rental. I got there at 730 p.m., found between 20 and 30 people waiting, no cars available. Waited 2.5hrs still no car. This was prepaid, so my car should have been there. Called them and was on the phone for another 45 minutes. They told me they couldn't do anything but would book me with another car rental. They told me, the total cost for a new rental was $190. I got to a new car rental location and they only booked me for one day. The original booking was for 3 days. The total cost for booking the new car for 3 days is $394. $ 204 more than my prepaid. And now they are refusing to get me a refund for my original booking. I travel a lot and so rent cars all the time. This is my worst experience ever.

“Circus Act”

Absolute circus company! I booked tickets for my wife and daughter to return to London from their holiday in South Africa. I wanted to suprise them with a premium class seat. Booked on edreams and used the reference on the Virgin website. No problems so far. On the day of online check-in (24 hours prior to the flight) I could no longer use the Virgin reference on the Virgin site - reference not valid. On the day of the flight I contacted Virgin who informed me that the agent had cancelled the booking. Worried and shocked, I called edreams (which is a nightmare and lengthy process). Harish told me that my card was not authorised until the 3rd attempt, but it had indeed been authorised. Yet because it took THEM 3 attempts, they cancelled the booking and did NOT notify me. Wife and daughter now stranded without a flight and the bafoons at edreams wanting the change this £1800 flight to £2400!!  I asked Harish if there is anything they can do to help my family get home. They just offered me the £2400 flight which I declined. Read into the above journey... Do not use this pathetic, unprofessional service - using them exposes you and your family to believing your travel arrangements are in place when infact the edreams e-nightmare begins! I booked a same day flight from Virgin for less than the useless service at edreams offered. Do NOT use edreams... your booking is not safe nor is it an e-dream!

“Refund Issue”

This is the regarding refund issue of eDreams accommodations confirmation number: 9007112383568. In the first place, One of the eDreams customer support person(Aitihya) from shared an email with me saying that didn't find my hotel booking reference number. After 2 weeks, I got response from the eDreams customer support person(Siddharth) saying that they found accommodations booking reference number and escalated to account department. Later few days, I got one more email eDreams customer support person saying that I have to reach out Booking.com for my refund. They provided me Booking.com contact no in the email to get my refund. As per his suggestions, I called to Booking.com. They said we don't have such booking details and partners with eDreams. Then I called to 63492443 eDream Customer Support, one lady attended the call from eDreams Hotel Dept. She shared weird statement saying that they don't have such booking reference number. She transferred my call to another department, that said refund already initiated on 17th July. However I haven't receive refund so far. Pathetic customer service from eDreams. eDreams accommodations confirmation number: 9007112383568.

Do not use this company. Please see edreams on Facebook. They do nothing but take your money. You will be very lucky to get your money back or anything out of them in return. Avoid at all costs.

“Refund takes forever ( maybe never)”

I booked a flight with edreams from Canada to the US. My flight was involuntarily cancelled by the airlines. This should be a straight forward refund but l'm still struggling to get a refund four months into this ordeal. Don't do any business with them! Customer service is unhelpful!

“Refund nightmare ”

Dear All I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Travel Agent called “eDreams” The issue that I have experienced was: (My eDreams case 2549731 - Already raised with them) (There was a sudden death in the family abroad, therefore me and my mom had to leave the country) My case has been ongoing ever since I booked the ticket in an emergency to attend to a funeral on 21/12/2021 and there are no updates on my refund situation. I have only got a human interaction in online chat yesterday (10/03/2022) What I was told is that they are blaming it on the airline for the delay. They said there will be someone getting back to me. I don’t believe so. Why? All these days they didn’t send me any updates. Only when I sat the whole day and bombarding with messages on several sections of browser opened. That’s how I was able to get one agent. eDream didn’t rebook or reschedule my flight on the next day or the following day. They said the flight was FULL FOR THE WHOLE MONTH. It turned out to be a lie. Why? I was able to contact the airline checkin staff and the duty manager who confirmed there are seats available. (Please refer to the airline booking reference as quoted above) I was at the airport literally begging on the phone with them. But they refused. I had to buy a new pair of ticket with Opodo the next day and fly to attend the funeral of family member. They promised a full refund via insurance or half by themselves. Nothing as been materialised. All just the time pass. eDreams are only money minded, not really a humane there are no after sale service. No real refund policy in place. Not answering the phone calls no emails are replied, just blame it on pandemic. I was very much upset and frustrated on top of the loss of family member. On the other hand my elderly mother who was with me, was almost fainted. I felt like almost a dead man myself. It occurred on: 21-12-2021 This meant that I had to purchase new tickets and fly the following day. It has pushed me in a financial difficulties. Mother was very much affected by their treatment. All I need is a refund I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address. Yours faithfully,

“To be avoided!”

Do not book with eDreams! If there is a problem, like a ticket being cancelled due to Covid, you cannot get hold of them for a refund or vouches! There is no valid email or phone number and the online chat is a laugh! I can’t believe they are still allowed to operate!

Imagine a company (eDreams) running without customer care number? No Phone call support, no email support? Wonder how come they have not mentioned the phone number on their website?

I lost my €321 and eDreams is not ready to refund the amount.

Never book air-ticket with eDreams.

“Excessive mark up on Easyet's price”

I made the mistake of using eDreams site when I was having a slight problem with Easyjets site for return flights to Alicante. Result was that they charged me approximately 50% more for the same flights and extras. I have advised all my friends and contacts to avoid this company. I am trying to get hold of their Customer Services Department so that I can write to the manager.

“Completly underhanded way of doing business”

I booked a flight on this site which fitted my travel plans. At the end of the process it quoted me €138. The confirmation email told me that I had been charged €162. No explanations, no intimation that I was being charged other that what was quoted. When I tried to contact customer service I got a robot. Typical. I think I will try to report it to the ombudsman!

“BEWARE ”

They double booked me so I called before the day of my flight to fix the error they made...they said it’s been fixed only one flight they assured me and I even got a name of the associate who I thought fixed my troubles. We went over it more than ten times and UJJAL BURMAL assured me only one booking and I would get refunded. A month later I call to ask about my refund and they said nothing was ever canceled and to file a complaint on their end. I ask to speak to a manager and was told they were going to investigate the recording of the call and to call back in two days...to be determined.

“Lip Service, not Customer Service”

Booked flights from ATH to EFL on Nov 18 and discovered in email confirmation that departure times to EFL had changed from what I booked, times were earlier than our arrival at ATH. Immediately contacted eDreams and they said the flights would be refunded so I rebooked the correct times. After two weeks, the airfare was not refunded. Contacted again on Nov 23 and Dec 17 and was continually told the refund would be done in 7-10 days. Still nothing done by Dec 31. Again told the same story. Finally called Jan 4 and was asked to send copies of credit card billing. Today asked to call Customer Service, and they told me eDreams could not do anything, contact the Airlines. Why was this information not given the day I rebooked. The Airlines has not responded. I strongly suggest not doing business with eDreams as they are very inept in taking care of any issue. The service charge that eDreams charges was refunded, but nothing done about the higher amount of airfare. In addition to this booking, I have booked over $2000 USD with this company. Now I am wondering what kind of other issues I will have with my future travel plans.

“Do not deal with eDreams”

Dealing with eDreams,I booked a round trip B'ham-Budapest-B'ham. The flights should be fulfilled by different airline companies. The first company had cancelled its flight to Budapest, but EDreams didn't offer me an alternative flight to Budapest. Consequently I could not get Budapest and use the flight from  Budapest to B'ham. As result my whole trip was ruined, I lost about half of the paid money, which includes the cost of the return flight plus the whole eDreams' administrative fees, i.e. eDreams got its whole profit, losing NOTHING, when I have lost a half of the paid money, though I didn't breach any eDreams' rules. What an amazingly dishonest company is the eDreams! Mrs L. Mitina

“Worst mistake of my life ”

They book a flight , they call u to say that flight details have changed.they give u several phone numbers which are all routes to India ALL PREMIUM LINES -United Kingdom:  -United States:  -Canada:  -Australia:  -New Zealand:  -United Arabian Emirates:   -South Africa:  -Singapore:  -Rest of World:   THEN When u call them they say hold my manager has to approve becoz the new connection costs more. You hold 15 minutes and the call disconnects. You call back the computers are not working . Then finally after loosing $50 they pass u to accounts department and they say it's all sorted. You think it's over NO THINK AGain ON day of return flight , you try to check in, they have blocked yr ticket . Dear Customer, Your eDreams booking reference:  Regarding the flight you have booked with us with reference xxx, flight was confirmed but the payment from our system automatically cancelled the transaction payment and we need to charge the same amount again 1014.70 EUR. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We would like to advise you of please call ASAP to make the payment: THIS WAS NOT THE CASE( payment had gone thru be4 the outgoing flight ) , one call $5 a minute later they say All fixed. I asked what was the purpose of the call, ? they waste time by LET ME GET YOUR DETAILS . Takes about 10 min, my tickets are released and journey went well. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE . I have never felt so stupid in my life

“Call me sucker”

Booked a flight from Edmonton to Phoenix return from the Canadian website and charged in US dollars. Can't contact the claims department. Finally got a phone number that worked to to Help desk through Visa, but the website link to the claims wouldn't work. Asked the help desk to send me the link, and the reply contained no link. Avoid!

The price on eDreams was almost $300 cheaper than any other websites. I made a mistake by writing the wrong passenger name. Called up and was able to cancel free of charge and was able to book the same flight for the same cost. The lady on the phone was very helpful and thorough. Reading all the one star reviews here and it seems a lot of people are just blaming eDreams for their own mistakes. I was willing to take full responsibility for my mistake weather I was able to get help or not. Luckily I was. Great service, great price.

“Wanted to modify name (mistake) Result: missed the...”

In July 2017 Easyjet cancelled our flight and being the worst busiest period of the year, there were no other flights for 5 days. So we had to book with different airline. Not many tickets available, only 2 tickets available with eDreams. On the process of quickly buying the last 2 tickets I made a mistake and put 2 passengers with the same name. The flight was 12-15 hours ahead and eDreams could not change the name. They said the airline had to do it. So we called the airline and they told us eDreams had to do it (which make sense). We spent hours on the phone trying to convince them they had to do it and at the end they haven't done it and we lost 1 ticket for the price of £236 for their lack of professionalism. Just appalling. Never use this agency.

Terrible! Unfair service Edreams. Beware, multiple charges! I would not recommend anyone. I bought tickets week ago WAW-BCN-WAW for 4 people, price was 540 EUR and 50 EUR discount for payment of visa debit card on Edreams.es which does not exist. E dreams took from my card 2 X 320 EUR (!) and I received messages saying that I should increase the limits on the card to pay more money. After a few days edreams was written that there was a server crash, I was only refunded 275 EUR, the bank took 45 EUR as exchange costs. The reservation was canceled, the rest of the money was not refunded and even no ,,sorry'' from Edreams. Only yesterday after telephone intervention, they kindly said that they would refund the rest of the money minus the exchange costs. With the fault of edreams I lost 90 EUR, server crash was not my fault. They illegally took a double amount of 320 Eur and they lied writing yesterday that they had to cancel the reservation for lack of money. After 10 days they did not return unlawfully taken money. There is no option to write a message on Edreams, only expensive international phone calls. Instead of explaining and refunding money, they send me unwanted advertisements. I will seek legal opportunities, recover my money unlawfully seized. How such a large international service can be so unfair! Never again will I use dishonest Edreams.

Edreams.com cancelled my flight for NO reasons, refused to refund money although I bought an insurance for cancellation I might take edrema.com to court in US There is lack of communications and trust.. Customer service is very poor they only want to make money Other airline companies such as SAS airline refund my full ticket cost because of change of schedule

“Nothing is like promised. ”

Rent at car through eDreams is 100 % theating. An unclear pricing makes the rent double as expensive as in your booking. The most expensive car I EVER have rented. Will NEVER use this service again.

I have given 2 of my credit card details because of payment problem messages from them.  I am unable to telephone as no one answers. I sent an email requesting cancellation and not to charge credit cards. Is this a bad business?
