Hello,

I think you need to check the definition. Also your whole message screams lie, right you used 'more then 100 unlock sites' who believes that.. there barely are more then 100 different sites offering unlock codes.

You fail to mention what product you exactly bought and neither do you mention your email, support ticket or what so ever so I can check however in case of unlock by codes we -always- deliver the unlock codes and if we can't we refund.

Seems like you always blame the customer not reading all the small print etc.

Seems to me that if you require the customer to read the small print then you are not the most honest person to start with since you can always find the loophole to take the customer's money.

If not please 'mister bat 200' speak up and provide me your SRS username or support ticket id number. Like I said if unlock codes can't be found we refund -ALWAYS-. So provide me your details I'll make sure that you get your refund.

"we refund -ALWAYS-." - Not full amount from my experience.

'mister bat 200' - Just call the credit card company, state the date and sum of the transaction and the descriptor on the transaction line. Say that you didn't get the service you paid and the credit card company will reverse the transaction and the merchant will incur reversal fees which are higher than what he got.
If enough people will do it the credit card company either will stop working with him or raise considerably his fees.

Not in your case no, as there was no failure of our system in your case and in your case YOU made the mistake as proven already in the other comment.

If mister bat 200 submitted his IMEI and and the unlock codes are simply not found we do refund. But surprise surprise there is no communication from the mysterious 'mr bat 200' what-so-ever....

A. I got full refund from the Credit Card company.
B. I hope you enjoyed the reversal fee that you got stuck with (something around $40)
C. This will help you understand that consumers will not accept being cheated out of their money for something that doesn't work.

A. Don't care about what you believe, and plus you can't show any proof either. You probably already got hit with the reversal just won't admit it from fear of other customers doing so.
B. Still hurts, and probably will hurt more when more people will do the same
C. I don't care what you think, fact is that you refused to return money for a service not provided this equals to STEALING!!
D. Whatever makes you happy and sleep good at night believing that you provide good customer service.

I see that it really bugs you, so just to recap:

ANYONE that wants to reverse a transaction from this site should do the following:
1. Refuse any partial refund from this guy or "upgrade" option for more money
2. Contact the credit card company stating the date, sum and the descriptor on the line of this transaction.
3. Request reversal of this transaction since service wasn't provided/product didn't work and state that the owner refused full refund and offered only partial or "upgrade" where you required to pay more money.
4. Go to honest site that gives you value for the $$ (only $8 for unlock code) cellunlocker.net

Well this is my job and apparently you don't have anything better to do.. I can sit here and reply to you forever I don't care. If you want to chat just let me know.

I think your reply on me asking to stop hiding behind your anonymity says enough for everybody.

Also our Paypal account is actually in very good standing. Not long ago Paypal gave us a call offering us to lower the transaction costs because our account has such an excellent status and sales are still growing (Paypal excellence status means <3% refunds). We proud ourselves with those facts to be honest..

As I said it is unfortunate to have a customer like you whom is just not intelligent enough to read the difference between 'Samsung S7560' and Samsung S7560M' and just buy without informing himself first. And then when offered 2 solutions just throw it in our faces. But you know you can't please everybody no matter how hard you try so that is all fine..

oh and btw I don't know when you did your little charge-back but we haven't had one processed since weeks. I can check back 180 days with Paypal and we only had one at 23-05-2013 but that was from a German email address (and that one isn't even final as Paypal felt we were correct and they are disputing the charge back for us). And you tried to unlock S7560M but couldn't see the difference between S7560M and S7560 and the S7560M is a Canadian phone so most likely that wasn't you..

So only conclusion I can make about that is that you are -again- full of nonsense.. that of course you could clear up everything by stopping to hide behind the anonymity but I already know the answer to that ;)

Oh and if refusing to refund you as per the refund rules you accepted is taking without consent oh boy there is some MAJOR taking without consent going on in this world

Seems that you really waste a lot of time on this, probably because you don't have so many customers.

I'll repeat it again CELLUNLOCKER.NET os better value for money and have better reputation.

I don't care about your little site anymore since I got my money and you didn't prove anything here expect that you don't have customers since you write so long replies.

Also the more comments here the more people will get curious and the more bad publicity you get, so keep up the good work.

Regarding anonymity, you also tried (unsuccessfully) to protect your anonymity since your puny site is under private registration when using WHOIS, not to give any details of who is running the site. I found your identity by other means though.

Did you see our latest review? A 76 year old man who unlocked his phone without any problem and was very happy with our service. You know why he sim unlocked his phone without any problems? Because he did know how to read and follow simple instructions, more then I can say of you..

And very funny how you try to weasel yourself out of the fact that you are still the 'big man' not providing ANY proof and still hiding behind anonymity.. it is sad actually..

You could be comedian and run your own show (probably you would be more successful than running this web site).

Just looking at the amount of the reviews here (barely 63 which the majority of them are from your own accounts I'm sure) it doesn't make sense the +20K customers. So check your numbers.

your replies show frustration and inability to cope with the reality that your site sucks and CELLUNLOCKER.NET rules (3077 reviews and better grade).

Still you hid your identity when you used the private WHOIS registration which costs more money and is an extra so you were trying to hide I just found the connection. This fact you didn't explain and probably can't.

I'd suggest you donate the money to lost causes just like your site.

heeey my daily entertainment is here again :) pretending to know everything where in fact he knows jack..

private whois is FREE, and standard turn on with our registrar (namecheap and internet.bs).

I also never said we have 20+K customers, I said we unlock 20+k phones.. oooh baby boy is back to where it all started the inability to read the English language. Here is your proof RIGHT HERE :) whahahaha that you are inept to read!

We have various B2B customers which help up that number significantly but that doesn't change the fact our service is trusted by bigger businesses and thousands of customers (yes now I'm talking about customers).

And that our friends at cellunlocker have a bit more reviews is somewhat suspicious (that enormous amount) however they have been here on reviewcentre a loooooot longer then we. And yes they rank very well on google as well so they are most likely bigger then us.. I really don't care we are still growing for direct customer sales and I'm pretty sure we are still bigger in total unlocked phones per month..

If you would finally be real man and stop hiding you can email me I'll show you some proof (can't post URLs here as you've noticed) of all our unlocks.. (that offers goes for anybody btw)

Won't bother to answer this guy, it's like talking to a wall (he's only one since if he had this successful company he would have had staff to handle customer support so don't believe his statements about the size and magnitude, all the facts show otherwise).

Just look at the responses of this site and understand how not to do customer service.

1. Totally unprofessional
2. Its the customer who doesn't know how to read
3. The site is always right.

FOR PEOPLE WHO PAID AND REGRET IT SINCE THEY GOT LOUSY SERVICE OR NO SERVICE AT ALL:

1. Refuse any partial refund
2. Call the credit card company
3. Request reversal of the transaction stating date, sum and the line descriptor on this transaction.
4. You'll be issued a refund by the credit card company.
5. This will impact this site by degrading its standing with the payment processors and giving him a fine.

Would recommend to stay away from this company, when searching for a specific model I searched with exact model number. Their search engine returned exactly one result which I purchased and then it didn't work so effective I didn't use their unlock. After contacting them they refuse to refund me even though I didn't use their product at all since it doesn't work!!! Yes I remember you, let me make it visible to everybody.

You searched for S7560M, our search, like any other 'search' engine in the world returns the closest related results of your search which in your case was: S7560 which is VERY clearly stated. (see image). Then if you click the link it is even bigger and more clear.

So then we offered you 2 solution:
- a partial refund as per our refund rules
- an product upgrade to unlock by codes (as this is the only solution in the world to actually unlock this model)

You refused and started making threats about Paypal disputes and charge-backs. We invite you to open a Paypal dispute and let them decide who is in his right here.

A. You lie since when I contacted you first time you just blamed me and that's it:
"Nowhere on our website and neither in our software we claim to support S7560M.. you are selecting S7560 that is not the S7560M.

We list all version separately because they are different, also technically.

To unlock your model you will need to upgrade to unlock by codes which does support your model

When I asked for refund (no threats) since if the model # is not correct you shouldn't return even 1 result since you are misleading, your response was:
"No you need to read properly. Like any search engine it provides you results of a search. A search result displays the closest results to your search term. That is how search works, even google does. Also the title of the search result clearly stated S7560 and not S7560M.

Our refund rules

I can offer you a partial refund deducting 4.47 euro administration costs. However you can also just upgrade to unlock by IMEI, as that is the only way you can unlock your phone anyway."

So let's put in the review have everyone judge by them selves if its a good and honest customer service.

B. You upgrade option would have cost me more money, no? instead I got the code from cellunlocker for only $8, less than your "upgrade" option and it was fast and easy.

You agree to the refund rules when you buy the product. If you don't agree with those rules then don't buy.

Also yes I told you it was your own fault; simply because it is!

The name of the model is clearly mentioned there and if you click that link it is mentioned even bigger. It is NOT our fault you do not read.

A. When I search on a website with exact model number I expect it to return the exact result and not something similar and here is YOUR FAULT in how you set the search engine parameters and not the the CUSTOMERS' MR I" BUILD AWESOME PRODUCTS".

B. I didn't threatened I just stated its not acceptable and that I'll contact PayPal or my Credit Card company to get my money in FULL and NOT BE DEDUCTED MONEY OR PAY MORE MONEY TO A COMPANY (I won't throw

C. I used CELLUNLOCKER and paid $8 which is less than even the "just pure the difference no more no less" and the service was fast and easy and my cell was unlocked. This is value for money.

D. ANYONE that wants to reverse a transaction from this company just call the credit card company request transaction reversal stating the date and sum of transaction.
Explain that their product didn't work and the company doesn't want to reimburse you in full.
The transaction will be reversed and this merchant will incur reversal fees which are higher even than the transaction. This is provided as a service to the public.

Let me guess you are one of those person that goes through blaming everyone and everybody for all mistakes and bad things that happen in your life right?

I feel bad for you not understanding how to properly read the information presented on websites and just buying stuff without actually reading. Must be a hard world for you.

Go write an complaint email to Google as well according to your their search engine is flawed as well, perhaps you get lucky there with some reply.

Oddly, after getting part way thru the cable sequence, the software cade worked. Tough challenge producing unlock codes for the ziollion phone models. . Good customer service.
