I've been with Morgan Stanley for 5 years, and the service has been excellent. You can pay by the web, automated phone call, or talk to one of the operators, who are always helpful.

The cashback scheme is also spot on, and some months they give double the cashback, which is between 1-2 percent, ...

I have had a Morgan Stanley cashback card for approx 3 months. I began having problems after setting up a direct debit online to pay off the whole balance. They did not take the payment and charged late payment charges. Appartently it was my fault assuming that over 3 weeks was not enough time to ...

It's rewarding to find that the majority of customers have the same dreadful experiences with Morgan Stanley as myself.

Early this year, I received as part of my daily dose of junk mail, a request to take out a Morgan Stanley Platinum Credit card and receive 2% cashback for a limited period.

    A ...

I stopped using my Morgan Stanley Credit Card over a year ago and started to pay the balance off. In June 2004 I saw that, despite paying some significant money to Morgan Stanley charges had been placed on the account - extra insurance/protection etc. which I had not asked for. On asking for the cha ...

I have had the Morgan Stanley Credit Card for 5 years and am in the process of closing my account. Basically what happens is that whenever I make a purchase over £100 Morgan Stanley block it as a possible fraudulant transaction. The result being that I am embarrased in shops when the card paym ...

I had a Discover card from Morgan Stanley that was horrible. Back then not that many people would accept a Discover card so it was a pain to use. The company changed rates so often and charged fee after fee. I won't deal with Morgan Stanley again.

I have one of Morgan Stanley Credit Cards. When the 0% ended, I paid the whole amount off on time, but the following statement, I still got charged interests. When I called them for explanation, they said that was for the purchases I made during the month. I thought I still have the monthly interest ...

I swore I'd never have a credit card again after experiencing such poor customer service from other well known providers. A recommendation persuaded me to give Morgan Stanley a try and I have never been given cause to complain in any way. I am surprised at the negative comments here since I have e ...

Morgan Stanley have a very poor level of customer service and adopt a couldn't care less attitude. I spend around £2000 a month with them and feel I get a very poor level of respect. The card has many inflated charges such as use abroad and I will be closing my account with them shortly.
