I used it once, then couldn't remember my "memorable word" (the 2nd stage of getting in) and used the web links to fix it...
Forget it! Surprisingly the weblinks tell you to ring a number and quote a reference.

I've been with lloyds tsb for 10 years and they started well as a good bank, but they like to let you know they have control of your account, because I can't do anything online. After 10 years I'm changing, I'm sick of their system giving me a bad credit rating. I advise all to not use this bank.

I have been using Lloyds TSB internet banking, as a personal customer, almost daily since it started and have had no problems at all. Instant transfers, always up-to-date, fast and reliable service.

No problems whatsoever with Lloyds TSB Internet Banking in over two years. Easy to use with good security. Transfer of funds is efficient and statements are always available, easily accessed and up to date.

One of the better services from Lloyds TSB - having suffered from appalling inter-departmental communications, unwanted promotional literature, poor Customer Services at Recovery Centre, which would have led us to leave this bank long ago - thank goodness the local branch has excellent staff.

Lloyds TSB do not give information about how to register online for a first time Internet banking user. What a load of rubbish! I am glad I am staying with Barclays.
