The mini is a great car to drive and I may have been unlucky with the amount of problems experienced in the first few weeks of ownership but did have the opportunity to test drive three courtesy cars while mine was in for repair a cooper, coopers and diesel and all had dash rattles.

Just over a year ago I changed my BMW 545 4.5 litre for a Mini Cooper S with all the extras including Sat Nav, Bluetooth telephone etc. - It cost £22,000 in all and was worth every penny.

I always enjoy making grocery runs in the Mini Cooper S, just to get behind the wheel. The interior is pretty neat, like a retro spaceship, but as said above, it has a lot of rattles.
