Adore cruises were helpful from the enquiry stage, through booking, and right up to our departure. Just prior to departure we were given a named contact in case of any problems whilst on holiday. Max was very helpful when we encountered a small problem and has ensured this has been fully resolved. “cruising the china sea, with 3days in Beijing and Bangkok”

What a fantanstic itenary, from start to finish we couldn't fault this holiday, Adore cruises did us proud with not one problem. The pre and post cruise days were well organised, with very good hotels and plenty of excursions of great interest. “Far East Cruise”

Had never booked through Adore Cruises before, and spoke to them re 3 night Hong Kong stay, 8 nightd Queen Victoria cruise, and 3 night Singapore stay. Should have had a list of questions prepared as after giving my card details found hotels were 3 star and flights were indirect with Turkish Airlines. “New York and Bahamas Cruise - Feb 2013”

Booked a cruise with Adore cruises departing February 8th 2013. Should have included a 2 night stay in New York and then an 8 night cruise to the Bahamas. Due to the snow storm on the East coast of America all flights were cancelled into New York on the Friday. We were turned back from Manchester airport and told to return home. “Cunard World Cruise to San Francisco”

We responded to an Add in the Daily Mail for a Cunard cruise which we had been looking at in the Cunard brochure. “Retrospective review for two holidays”

My wife and I have experienced two great holidays with Adore and will definitely use them again. In 2011 Andrew arranged our Alaskan holiday with a flight to Chicago where we were to make our own transfer arrangements both to our hotel & two days later to the Amtrak station - I have to admit I was a little concerned but really it was so simple & probably much quicker than if we had to look for anything arranged by others. “Las Vegas and Hawaii Cruise”

What can only be described as appalling organisation ! Prior to departure the flights were changed several times, they even wanted us to fly out of one airport and return to another. On arrival in Vegas we found that we had no hotel reservation and despite telephoning every day for 5 days they failed to get it sorted. Dear Guest,

I am sorry that you have to take the time to post a review on this website. Unfortunetly I do not agree with all of your comments. Yes I 100% admit that there ahs been a problem as we have been let down by our bed provider Low Cost Beds. We have taken the steps to take them off our approved suppliers list as this is not the first time a guest has arrived and the booking has not been there.

When you called in, we made 4 phone calls to LCB who informed us that it had been resolved and you would not be charged. Unfortunately someone in their company has not done what is asked of them. I understand we do not reply to emails, I have in front of me, emails sent to you.

However we are speaking to Low Cost to find out what has happened. They have 28 days to acknowledge and respond.

As a company we have been let down by a supplier and if you check all of our other reviews we pride ourselves on our customer service. I will be emailing you shortly to set out the position but you can rest assured you will be obtaining any refund due to you and a gesture for the inconvenience.

In answer to your response I have the following comments to make.

Firstly its a shame that I felt it necessary to take to making comments on the internet. Had someone in authority spoken to me personally then I wouldn't have made my views public. You need to look how you deal with customers

Secondly my contract is with Adore cruises and not low cost beds, how you investigate that is your issue not mine That is something you need to deal with behind the scene, you shouldn't try to deflect the blame on them. Your procedures failed.
I gave Adore Cruises ample opportunity to resolve this whilst we were in Vegas and nobody was prepared to either speak to me or have the courtesy to call me back
What angers me is that I am still awaiting solution, it shouldn't take 28 days!

Please give me the courtesy of a phone call to discuss

Well the 28 days has passed and we are still awaiting a response regarding as previously stated by Mr Gilder he has not either e-mailed or telephoned.

When using a travel agent you expect them to respond especially if they cause the problem. Its when it goes wrong you need the travel agent to sort it.not abandon you! They tell you to pay the bill and they will refund you on your return but in reality they just ignore you.

Well Mr Gilder it looks like we are off to court. This may not seem a lot of money to you but it is the principle that counts to me.

“Great booking experience”

The process of booking our stay and cruise holiday was speedy and efficient. We were given a wide choice of hotels in San Francisco by Aamir, who picked up on my limited mobility and made every effort to tailor the booking to my needs, even going so far as to book a wheelchair at the airports. “Amazing VFM”

For a good deal less than the price of a business class air fare, we flew to NYC, spent three nights in a reasonable Manhattan hotel and then seven nights on the QM2 back across the Atlantic to Southampton. “Excellent service from Adore Cruises”

I must praise the excellent service received from Adore Cruises and particularly from Max re our Princess cruise to the Far East. The full itinerary included 3 night stays in both Bangkok and Beijing in addition to the 16 day cruise which called into amazing ports in between. “Fantastic Customer Service”

We booked our cruise with MSC through Adore and from start to finish the service was first class. The cruise itself was fantastic apart from Embarkation and Disembarkation at Genoa.On arrival there were no MSC staff to direct from the coach to the terminal but it was worse still when we left the ship as we were all directed to the wrong side of the terminal and again no MSC staff to assist. “Niagra,New York and Queen Mary 2”

A long flight to Toronto but arrived.safely. It took a while to find the help desk for our transfer as sign posting was poor.Transfer was good and also the hotel in Niagra. “Amtrak new York to Seattle then Alan cruise”

Booked through Adore cruises who organised everything for us flew to New York the hotel cosmopolitan was good only problem was rooms are quite small but this is to be expected in New York we then traveled on Amtrak fom New York To Chicago and then on to Seattle. I booked this holiday for four of us - we all had a great time! The hotels which Max booked for us were ideal; good quality and central making getting about easy. Chicago, while very hot, was interesting Lake Michigan was huge and it felt like a seaside! Seattle was fasinating and a complete contrast. Our holiday involved sailing to New York on the QM2, spending a couple of days there and then travelling to Niagara by train, and finally transferring to Toronto for the flight back to Glasgow. The arrangements made by Adore Cruises were spot on and the minor glitch we suffered was not their fault. We shopped around before we went and Adore provided the best deal by far. well we did this trip the other way round and Adoire Cruises put us in a terrible room in NYC and one not much better in Niagara. As this was a very special Birthday for both of us , we felt very let down by them. We are sure they would not have stayed in these Hotels themselves so why put us poor people in these SUB STANDARD Hotels.

The package we sell is based on basic 3* hotels. In New York, all hotel rooms are small and invariably old. We always offer the chance to upgrade to better standard of hotels.
