got a fire surround off these guys a few weeks ago, arrived a few days later. Much cheaper than the local shop who were trying to flog me one 5 times theprice of the one i got from here. This one looks absolutely beautiful.

It took me a very long time to choose and buy a fire surround and fire, combine that with finding it at a reasonable price and from someone with a good review made things very difficult. In the end we decided to try this website as they at least had not had any bad reviews that we could find even though they were not the cheapest. We ordered a surround and a gas fire. Both turned up promptly but on inspection of the gas fire there was a mark on the chrome fret. This was promptly reported within the 24 hours they allow. Fireplacestoreonline then wanted pictures of the marks to see if they are with in tolerances, they then sent them to manufactures to see if they thought they were normal, in the end I chased the manufactures myself to get a replacement fret. What should have happened was fireplacestoreonline would open another box send a new fret and deal with manufacture after the customer was happy. This made buying a fire and surround a bit of an irritation instead of the final piece in a newly decorated room. Would I use them again…..doubtful

Fire was much cheaper than i could find it in any of the shops by me. Phoned them spoke to the manager there he was brilliant told me which fires suited my needs and was much cheaper than anywhere else i could find. fire arrived perfectly with no hassle at all. i will be shopping with them again and so will my family and freinds after im finished bragging them up. i have nothing bad to say about the experience

I had the pleasure in purchasing my fireplace off fireplace store online, and much to my delight, the fire arrived on time. It has proven to be an incredible purchase, and looks simply dazzling in my parlor. I am thinking about getting a few more fireplaces for my other properties. Ordered a fire off this site a few weeks ago. My fire arrived, but it was the wrong one. So I emailed them to tell them there was a problem, and they emailed back saying that the wrong one would be collected the next day and the new one swapped on the doorstep, and if this wasnt suitable to let them know and they would redeliver at my convenience. I love efficient companys.

We order this stove on a friday and it was deliverd to us the following week, the staff seemed to know what they were talking about and we have now had it installed by a hetas enjiner and our front room is roasting.
