I paid for my son's iPod screen to be repaired. They didn't glue the screen down properly. I contacted them to complete the repair, they didn't bother respond. I opened a dispute through PayPal and they still didn't respond. PayPal didn't give me my money back, because they don't cover repairs. So I had to go to another company to get my son's iPod repaired properly. I've reported this company to the police as they have stolen money from me and can't even be bothered to respond to my messages… Read Full Review

“Ipod Nano”

I sent my Ipod to MBlue to have the head jack replaced which i was told would take 2-3 working days. After 5 days I contacted them to find out what was happening and was told they were waiting on a part. Fast forward another 10 days and still no ipod. Phoned them every 2-3 days to find out what was going on and each and every time was fobbed off with either waiting on a part or it was going out the next day. This was apparently a very easy way to get my daughter's blackberry repaired efficiently and quickly. M Blue promised a turn around of 2-3 working days but it took 10 days to receive the phone back. “Appalling service”

Quotes 2-3 days, be prepared for 15. Once work was finally started I was then told other issues had been found with my phone and needed extra payment to complete! I had to contact customer services twice to chase my phone, once my details taken and no return call, when I finally got in touch the customer service was very poor, in fact was very rude. I will also be reporting this company to trading standards. I have already left a review below this was after ringing the company and them telling me about not being able to fix my problem and they would be sending my phone back the next day, its 3 days later and I am still waiting! So on monday they will have my phone for three weeks!

“Be prepared for alot of stress....”

I sent my iPhone 4 in for a cracked screen.
