“Stay well clear of these money grabbers”

Sent my iphone in for a screen replacement. When it finally came back after 8 days the wifi signal was was weak unles right in front of my router. Called them about it and was told to send it back and they would diagnose it for another £24.99 as there was no way they could be at fault. Kicked up a bit of a fuss and was told that I had already paid for the screen replacement and as they had my money already, the werent going to do anything about the wifi unless I paid more. “WARNING: AWFUL REPAIR, AWFUL SERVICE.”

Long story short, I sent my iPhone 4S to this company because I'd cracked the screen. Once it had been returned I noticed that although the glass had been replaced, there was a new small crack close to the home button. Not sure if people who have wrote negative reviews are talking about the same people. They done a great job of replacing my screen, much cheaper than apple and super quick too. Can't fault them. After being assured it would take no longer than 3 days by "Simon", after 2 weeks I got an email saying it was not economical to repair and they would advise me not to do so. I sent the iPad for water recovery and replace screen which was broken form top right corner. And when I got it back,it was broken from bottom left corner(back case). Company replaced the screen and breaks the back cover. And above all they refuse that they have broken it ... Very annoying.... Don't get any thing repaired from m blues.... “Unreliable don't use”

I have a new blackberry water damaged phone, told would not take more than 5 working days to repair, 13working days later I am still ringing them and being told they need to spend more time on the Phone but they have cleaned it and dried it out, the phone was 2 days old and was dried out by me. “MBlue HTC Repairs POOR SERVICE”

I had my HTC CHACHA screen replaced by MBlue , the initial service was prompt. I then had to return the phone as the touch screen began failing. I returend it within the warranty period of the repair. I waited more than 7 working days and still my phone was not returned. I had called after 5 days and was told there was a problem with the parts they had received and that it should be back with me within 7 days. This was not th case. “Slow Diabolicle Service”

Sent my ipod 4 in to Mblue to have a new screen fitted took them over a week to get back to me to insist I have a new back as well because of a tiny dent . When I finally got the ipod back 11 days later the docking port \charger wasd damaged so would not charge . After contacting them they said to send it back. “Repair time and staff not willing to take complaint”

I'm still waiting for my phone to be returned after 10 working days instead of the promised 2-3 working days. Have been promised to get it today, now they say it will be ready "next week"!!! I have used the service before and was very impressed, a different story this time. I sent my iphone off by special delivery, receipt was acknowledged two days later. Six working days after they received the phone I am still waiting, I have e-mailed to chase but have had no response.
