The director of this company was found guilty of fraud against Royal Mail in Cambridge Crown Court on Friday 15th November 2013. Sentence was 18 month suspended jail term, not bad for £500,000+ crime !! See "Cambridge News" for 16/11 online

“I, like hundreds of other people who where unemployed,...”

I, like hundreds of other people who where unemployed, worked a 3 week free trial for this man who promised a job at the end of it. I got no job, like the rest of them, I was just exploited and wasn't even paid for an hour of my time.The job centre just kept sending him free labour despite the many complaints they received.He is just one of many greedy rich conmen in this country who take advantage of people who are trying to find work.These parasites get to use people for nothing because the government has a, exploit the peasant campaigne.

“Easier than shopping in a store in my own country!”

I like being able to order items, some as gifts, for my mother from her country and others are items I grew up accustomed to having in the home for health and wellness. The ease of your website makes it convenient to order from overseas and your shipping was extremely quick. Thank you so very much. I can't think of anything that made the experience a negative - and yes, I have recommended the site to friends that have enjoyed some of the products I order.

“They have ceased trading :(”

Bought goods which never arrived and like many others, after numerous calls and emails, no answer, no refund. The people that set-up the company are Shaina Rawal (Shaina Shipton) and Priyesh Rawal -both can be found on Facebook. By the looks of it, they recently got married, claimed bankruptcy and are making a guilt-free fresh new start. This is terrible behaviour.

I had the same experience. No delivery. No replies to emails but happily I paid via PAYPAL and they refunded me in FULL. 5***** for PAYPAL !!!

“buyer beware!!!!!”

do not use I have reported to my credit card issuer and to Action Fraud. I ordered product and it has not arrived and I don’t believe it will. Tried to contact merchant many time got no answer.

“Order of Mulberry Juice”

I was very satisfied on each occasion that I have ordered Mulberry Juice. The product is delicious and delivery was within the specified time. My only issue is that while the price is slightly less than the going market price (i.e. 1-2 pence less)it is difficult to keep up regular orders at approximately £5.00 per bottle. Other than that I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend ordering through One Click Pharmacy.

“oneclickpharmacy appears to have ceased trading”

I ordered goods on 4/12/12 to the value of £40. I received an email the following day advising that I must pay an additional £7 due to the weight of the parcel. Interestingly, I placed exactly the same order about 6 months ago and didn't have to pay an additional £7 on that occasion. I sent the company an email advising that I paid the extra charge to cover postage on 11/12/12. Since then I have had no response to several emails. The telephone number is unobtainable and now the website has been taken down. It appears asthough the company has ceased trading as of 7/12/12. If they have ceased trading, I'm afraid you will need to contact your credit card companies to seek a refund....

“KEEP AWAY AT ALL COST!”

ordered from them in november , took money from my paypal account , there web site showed product in stock. 10 days later no order recieved so email sent to them to which they replyed that they were waiting for stock to arrive and my order should be dispatched within 1-3 days. 10 days later no order recieved so i email them again (still waiting for reply) so i went to there web site to find a phone number to contact them ,guess what there web site is not avaliabe anymore ,so it looks like there taken my money and many others !

I ordered some items on this website for my dog on the 30th of Nov. I am still waiting for the products and they are not answering any of my emails! I have tried to call them and of course I can't get through to anyone. Please don't ever use it. I should have checked out reviews first before I pressed that buy button!

Yes I too ordered from this company in November and after placing my order I recieved an email saying the order was 2 big n that I needed to pay an extra £5 to cover the cost of the delivery. After paying this I still didn't receive the goods and after many emails I sent to them and trying to phone them i got no reply and they cut off the phone line. Totally disgusted!!

“Do not buy - They are gone!!!”

Same as everyone else. I placed an order on the 28th November 2012 and no parcel have ever been shipped. Wrote to customer care and got one reply they had a shortage of the goods. So we agreed to wait one week(till mid December). Then the website went off, their emails do not work anymore and my money has been already taken. I bought from them several times but never had such a problem till now. If they have gone out of business (as it looks like), they should at least advertise it and reimburse people.

Seems as though I'm not the only one! Multiple emails sent, not a single one acknowledged. Sent one today, and apparently the email address doesn't exist anymore! How do I get my money back?! Who would be the ombudsman, or equivalent body for this sort of complaint??

“They've done a runner with my money...HELP”

Ordered a birdfeeder on 15/11/12 for £22. Money was taken straight away but nothing recieved. on 2.12.12 i sent a chase up email and they replied the next day saying they were expecting delivery in 1-3 days. Still no item and i read on other websites that as their websites and emails are not working they've probably either gone bust or done a runner. I paid with a debit card so was wondering if i can get my money back?

Same as everyone else. I placed an order on the 25th November 2012 and no goods have ever been delivered. The website now appears to be offline so either it was a scam or they have gone out of business. They certainly took my money quick enough though. About to get in touch with Credit card company to try and get my money back. If site reappears, recommend you do not order from them.

“How do we stop them from selling and get our money back?”

I placed an order for my kids Christmas present and received an email from them on 6 Dec to say my goods have been dispatched. I still haven't received them. I have sent emails and tried calling but no response. Similar to the other lady, I think they are making extra money by holding you on an automated phone system which never gets answered. Completed sharks. DO NOT USE. How do we get our money back, any ideas?
