“My clothes did not arrive!”

I have had the worst experience ever. I order two pairs of shoes a week ago and I still have not received the items! On the DPD website it states that it has been delivered when it wasn't! I emailed them 5 times now and I STILL haven't got a response! I can't call them as I work till 7pm and the customer service team is closed by then! Ridiculous!! “Appauling Customer Service”

I received an incomplete order. Only one of my two coats was delivered. I called Zara directly consistently over a week, no one called back and after emailing 5 times- I only received a call after I threatened leaving a review online. “Worst online shopping experince i've ever had”

Interesting to read all these other complaints, just goes to show how terrible they really are, the online store service is an absolute SHAMBLES. I made 2 separate orders & wanted to return both boxes (1 of the white tops had pen marks on it!), it took 4 days (6 inc wkend) to receive an e-mail to schedule a collection which in its self is shocking. “Ongoing Delivery Nightmare”

I have been going backwards and forwards between Zara and their delivery company the for the last two weeks trying to get an item re delivered without success. Clearly the Zara contact team do not know the rules of their own delivery company DPD(who I assume is sub contracted by another company Aramex.com) DPD state that if no one is at home when they call next time they can leave the item in a safe place on their "sorry we missed you" calling card. I'm the total opposite of some of the reviews on here as I've ordered a few items online and not had any problems at all. I usually only order online when it's an item that's sold out everywhere and they will email you to let you know it's in stock, so then I order it and hey presto it's delivered. I just ordered a coat on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday so it only took 2 days and delivery was free as the item was over £50… Read Full Review

I find it hard to get to a Zara store since started to care for my mother so shop online .i can't recommend this store enough the online service is 5 star .i have never had any problems and delivery is super fast and have often received a refund of my delivery cost from them . While I am happy with the design of the clothes I feel that the "customer service" that I received online and in shop are absolutely terrible, terrifying and basically non existent. Terrible experience !!!!! Paid 15£ for next day delivery and it didnt arrive for two weeks in the end i had to go into the shop and buy the outfit again and then obviously send the other one back once it had arrived. The deliverys agency didnt help and their call centers were all over in the UK and they didnt log anything so if you got cut off or rung back they didnt know what had previously happened to your order .. thus meaning you had to repeat everything again !! hurrendous experience and… Read Full Review

The parcel arrived after 4 days, the end of the parcel taped in clear tape and when I opened it the cami was there but no blouse. They didn't look like the item in the picture, after only taking it out of the box to try it on a few minutes, so I returned it on time. Update on situation: They have now replied to my email but only suggested that I take the item back to the store (which will put me out of pocket for transport costs).

They did say they would refund postage on the new order - which is funny because, as it is being delivered to there store, it is free!!!!

Still don't think much of their general customer service as I have had to chase them every step of the way!

“No Zara No Way!”

Ordered $100 worth of stuff online. The package was supposedly delivered on time, but I never received it. I even spoke with my neighbors but to no avail. A week a later, I'm waiting to see if I'll get a refund or not. If I were you, I wouldn't bother with Zara. I had the same problem , i paid £9.95 for delivery within 48 hrs but they never arrived. Im still waiting for a refund never will i order from them again.

We opted to have our order sent to store to pick up. When we visited the store to collect our purchase, the boots had been reduced by a further £10. As they had my husbands size in stock we bought the same boots at the reduced price and requested a refund for the online purchase. This was done without problem in store.
