I placed an order 4 days ago and Zara confirmed it. They said they will notice me when my order will be sent, I chose a standard delivery( 5-6 business days). “Overcharged”

I recently bought an item of clothing in the Cardiff store. The item was marked up with one price 7.95 which I assumed tobe Pounds when I got to the till I gave the salesperson a ten pound note she gave me one pence change. I queried this and she stated the price was in euros. “15-30 day for a refund”

I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes on Zara.com and paid by paypal. I loved 2 out of the 3 and decided to take the other pair in for a refund. They were able to process it and gave me a receipt. I asked the store associate if the refund would be credited back to my paypal. He assured me it would within 7 days or so and I went home not thinking much of it. I purchased shoes with a debit card in store and returned them the next day on April 1, 2013. I still have not received a refund back to my debit and it has almost been 2 weeks. Should I keep waiting?

You read my review right? Obviously, you didn't.

Zara never processed the Refund. Was Paypal responsible for a refund? No. It's a form of payment like a Credit Card. So if Zara never processed the refund, it doesn't matter if I used a credit card, debit card or Paypal. They still DIDN'T process my refund. So yes, I am reviewing Zara.com

Also, I've never had any issues with Paypal.

I can't believe this... I came here to read review on zara.com but I just read silly stories. It is a known fact: zara does not sell buttons, they do sell clothes and accessories. Here we are talking about zara.com If you lost the buttons from your shirt, just find a shop in melbourne which sell buttons, what's the point to tell us about this.

“Disgraceful Customer Service”

I purchased items from Zara, which i had to return due to being the wrong size. On returning the items i had to wait for a Manager to authorize the refund transaction which was under 30 pounds, the wait was just over half an hour which annoyed me as the shop was not busy. I placed an order on December 29, 2012. As of January 4, 2013, I have not received an email stating that it has been shipped. I called to cancel my order and they told me that my item was in the warehouse and that they are waiting for FedEx to pick it up (and therefore I cannot cancel my order). I love this store. I saw it in San Francisco and then LA. It has such different clothing and it looks so easy to wear and stylish. I love the T shirt with the picture of an outdoors scene. “Fast, Easy and Great Boots!”

Ordering shoes online is always iffy as you cant be sure of quality and sizing but I ordered my husband some boots very late on a Saturday night. I checked the sizing chart and they provided sizes in inches also! So I could measure his foot to make sure. Very easy to find what you want, and payment was quick.
