“Ridiculous returns system for goods ordered online.”

I ordered two coats from Zara online, neither of them fitted unfortunately, and returning the items turned out to be a nightmare - in order to send the parcels back I needed to email them and wait for the courier to email me back with a label to print out, then wait in the whole day for collection. For two items I had to wait in two separate days. “Unhappy holiday!”

Beware you may never receive your order. I placed an order and without my knowledge the order was cancelled. I placed the order using a credit card that I have used numerous time before and after I placed the order on Zara.com. I had the order sent to my billing address and verified I had much more than enough credit available on the card. “undelivered goods again!!”

Thought I would purchase early Xmas present for myself, how wrong could I be.!!! I've also just received an item purchased online. It looked great! but once I had it on for about 10 minutes of sitting on my bed, the thread at the bottom has started to fall apart! I've also noticed a stain on the other item ...I'm not too fussed about the stain since it's black..and hardly visible. but the other..I'm surprised at how quickly it's fallen apart (I've owned cheap clothing before from cheap retailers and I've never had a problem until a few washes). “Woeful customer service and delivery service”

I ordered a pair of jeans from Zara's online store and paid the standard £3.95 for delivery. Whilst the item was dispatched very quickly the delivery service they used (Hermes) was abominable. Essentially unless you are willing to take a day off work to receive your delivery in person there is no means of them actually leaving your parcel and no option to collect the item from a nearby depot. “Terrible customer service”

Extremely disappointing customer service from Zara. I would have never expected that such a big company would have such poor standards. Bought an order online and the system used the billing address as the shipment address. I called 5 times to get this sorted and despite them confirming thta the change had been applied, the courier kept on trying delivering to the home address. “They Make Returning Damaged online goods a...”

The item I had purchased ONLINE came damaged today. First off, it looked used; secondly, why wasn't it in a plastic bag?? Most of my purchases are made online and never have I ever received an item where it wasn't brand new or not in it's plastic bag. I placed an online order for the first time and never again as the returns process is ridiculous! The order took a week to arrive which I would have expected to be quicker for a big name like Zara. I'm having this trouble at present. Think i'll have to travel too. Communicted via email. They said to click on link, which doesn't exist. Courier is supposed to contact me within 24hrs to arrange pick up, according to email i did receive. I'm still waiting 3 days later.

Hi

Just to say I was left a card eventually by Parcelforce when I wasn't in (as had no idea when they were coming) I ended up posting back to my local store by recorded delivery and they did (miraculously!) refund it immediately - wish I'd done that weeks before, would have saved a lot of stress! Hope you get resolved soon

I was excited to purchase these loafers that were $100 on ebay but I was able to find on zara website. Since I work in the evenings i opted to have my item shipped to the zara store since it only a couple miles from my house. I placed the order on 9/6/13. Update. I never received item. Received a call that they were unable to track package. Offered a refund (of course) and express shipping on my next purchase Are they freaking kidding me?! What an insult? Why would I want to go through another shipping nightmare. Oh they also told me the item is no longer in stock. Just awful. Never again

It's probably my favourite shop online to buy from due to them keeping you informed by email and text when it's going to be delivered they also specify the time period that it'll be delivered. If only I had searched reviews of the company before I purchased! Poor customer service is putting it mildly. I made a purchase ( an inexpensive "tiger head" scarf) and the item arrived while I was on vacation so I didn't contact ZARA online until 15 days after the ship date. “Online delivery service”

Zara use Hermes as their delivery agent. (a company I have had trouble with in the past including being at home all day and a card being put through the door saying no one was at home.. we have a very loud door bell!!!) There is no way you can contact Hermes if there is a problem with the delivery or you want to make a change to the delivery arrangements. You have to go back to Zara. Having ordered an item that was unsuitable I tried to return it, and not living anywhere near a Zara store the ONLY option therefore available was to arrange for a courier to collect the item.
