I have had several occasions where i have had to take things back to Zara but have found the staff very offensive and judgmental its as if you're a problem and you must have caused the damage and each time i have never received an apology !!! “unable to return item bought abroad”

I bought an item last week in Europe, decided it was really too small, went to Kingston today and told I could not return it are we not part of the EU, do items in this country not have Euro prices and pound prices? “Worst customer service ever”

I recently bought a pair of shoes on sale in Zara The Hague (The Netherlands) but wanted to return it since it did not fit well. I went to return it in Rotterdam and to my surprise I could not get my money back. Zara.com has truly the worst customer service I have ever come across. Never shop with them, it is not worth it. Poor quality items, no quality control and awful awful awful (or non-existent) customer service. The Bad: 1. I ordered 4 pairs of trousers, paid for delivery, and they took a week to dispatch. 2. A necklace was sent to me as a Christmas gift and arrived broken. There was no packaging around the item inside the box, so I really wasn't surprised. Called and was told to take pictures and submit. My mom ordered a sweatshirt online for my boyfriend. It was too small. We ended up going out of town for the holidays so when we came back, we tried to EXCHANGE it. “Don't use this company for online purchase”

I had read many poor reviews but had hoped Zara had got their act together. I was sadly mistaken. Ordering on Boxing Day I waited for the arrival of my coat. several emails later and two phone calls saying that everything was in order I had still not received my coat. This company is a joke i waited in all day on the 31st of December for a delivery from Zara which never turned up. Their company website continuously crashes. Link from Zara email claims they attempted to deliver at 10 57 yet another lie. Don't order from Zara as long as they use Hermes!!
