I bought from them and my shipping is very late from what they said on their web site, so I started to get worry, so I try to reach the parcel company to see whats going on and I couldn't because im out of the UK. I tried to reach Feminine wear 4 times asking them for help, I got no replies. That makes me sad because it makes me feel like i lost my money.

I've shopped twice at femininewear, and both times the products were shipped promptly, they were perfect, and on the occasion I had a question I had a fast and precise answer. Both times I had to have my order mailed abroad, once in Ireland and once in France and it came quickly and wasn't too pricey. Moreover, the range of products sold is always expanding, and the general attitude regarding women's health that characterizes this shop is wonderful. Recommended many times to my friends, and would recommend again.

So this isn't the first order I have placed with Feminine Wear and it won't be the last. Previous orders have been great, despite taking an extra few days to arrive due to the remoteness of my address- however this last order I received the next day! I was stunned at how quickly the item had come via Royal Mail First Class- top marks there! My previous orders came with some little sweet freebies and that is a nice extra; although I didn't get any this time. (I'm not complaining though!) The process of ordering was easy and efficient via paypal. I definitely recommend Feminine Wear! I also just wanted to mention that the Yuuki Rainbow Line cup I ordered is so cute- the minimal pictures on the product page don't do it justice. I think Feminine Wear would definitely benefit from adding a video onto some of their cup pages or link to their youtube? Thanks Feminine Wear!!!

I've placed several orders with Feminine Wear over the years and they've always been responsive and speedy. They carry a huge array of alternative menstrual products, and it's a great one-stop-shop for products that are usually hard to find all in one place. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if variants of products (like different colors of the same cup) were all under one listing. It would be easier to find reviews and less potentially confusing when ordering. Otherwise though, the website gets the job done. I've just placed another order and will continue to do so far all my menstrual needs. Thanks!

Ordered a Sibel cup based on online reviews (especially from Bryony from Precious Stars on youtube). I had previously bought the Ruby Cup but it was way too hard for me and removal was difficult and painful. Communication from femininewear was timely with confirmation emails, tracking numbers etc. I wish there were more shipping options because the shipping was quite expensive. Thankfully, product arrived in Hong Kong in good shape, within a week of ordering (else I would be really POed). Bill even had a smiley face sticker - unnecessary but a personal touch to remind me that there is a human on the other end!

Upon ordering my cup I realised that I had put the wrong shipping address, I emailed customer service quickly in hopes of being able to change it and I got an amazingly quick and not to mention pleasant response! The lady that helped me was kind and informative and resolved my issue maybe an hour or so later. So glad I bought through this website!

Brilliant company! Excellent customer service, they always dispatched your items very quickly and have helped solve an issue that I had very quickly! I'd accidentally ordered the wrong cup and they managed to change it even after it had been marked as dispatched. They go above an beyond what you expect and for a very competitive price! I highly recommend!

I have purchased 2 times from here, and it's amazing! Prices are right, and I love the treats section! Superdrug & Boots both lack in the treats section, so it's nice to be able to order a little something too. The cloth pads I ordered were of very good quality. The packaging was amazing! I love the cute little love hearts added, so sweet! Delivery was fast too! I love the company and will be back time and time again no doubt! The only niggle I have is that I wish the layout of the website was a little more organised as for me, searching using the search bar was the easiest way to find products on website.

Cloth pads, are they icky? I was in the same boat. I had used Always disposable pads for years. You throw 'em in the bin, how much simpler can it get?! But, like, money, environment, awkwardly trying to find bins in other peoples houses. It's a hassle. I bought the Feminine Wear starter kit, and 6 pack set of the panty liner size. I would now just buy two or three packs of the pantyliner size. I change mine every couple of hours, and these are like just wearing a pair of pants, don't even notice it. I spent 40 quid using a voucher code, go search google for one. The pads haven't stained, except one, but Vanish got that out, and I've been using them all the time, since my reproductive system broke. I also bought a wash bag, medium size. It's pretty big, but it folds, and has two zips, one for the used ones, one for the clean ones. If you don't use a handbag, or your handbag is small, get a small wash bag, otherwise medium is big enough. But, seriously, get one. It's waterproof, and just ace, you won't find a better one. If you're worried about soaking them discreetly, I have a tip! You need to eat ice cream that comes in an opaque plastic tub. Once ice cream has been eaten this tub can sit with its lid on, filled with cold water, behind the toilet. No one notices. The Domino Wing Extenders are for Domino pads; they're not named that because they look like dominos and they don't fit all pads. I bought them because I didn't realise, and thought I'd read this whole web page. It takes a bit of time to find pants that the pads wrap round snugly. But they move a helluva lot less than disposable ones. So much less. They don't smell, turns out that smell before was the disposable pad-blood combo, rather than me, thank goodness. I wash 'em on 40 with my colour load. If someone else does your washing, talk to them. The best thing about Tampon Tax is we're all talking about periods, instead of whispering about it in kitchens. No longer should the Tampon Fairy appear every month to refill the drawer. You wouldn't be looking at reviews if you weren't thinking about buying these, just do it. It's better. The small amount of hassle is worth it. The designs are fun, and on the back. It's cheaper. The environment needs a hand. They're not gross. But really, get them because they feel better on your skin, because they stop your period being reduced to a clinical activity, and because they improve how you feel about your body when your body maybe isn't feeling so great a place to be in.

Just got my package in the mail yesterday, and right on time for my period. I was really upset at first because I could only buy the Lunette and Diva cups in Canada, and most of those were way too large for me. It is a little pricier, but getting them shipped to North America from the UK is a great idea as there are so many more options to choose from. My Meluna cup works well and I also ordered some tea that I am very excited to try out. This is a great site. The customer service is top-notch, I would definitely recommend it!

I am new to reusable pads this year after researching recurring yeast infections.I had been under my GP for it so started looking into feminine health myself to see I there was anthing else I could do to help myself. All my orders have arrived in a few days, along with the lovely added wee touch of a packet of loveheart sweets and a pen. If you are new to reusables and are unsure about trying them, have a look at the numerous reviews of reusables on youtube and return to Feminine Wear, you will not be disappointed with the products or service.

I had seen a lot of people being pleased with this website and now I see why. They have everything I needed and they even sent a couple of little extra goodies with my package. The shipping was ridiculously fast and I'm way in the US, being able to track my package was very cool too.
