Took out SKY package nearly a year ago. Looking into my bill I called SKY only to find out I've been paying for packages I never asked for!!!! Just cut my bill from £60.00 to £31.50. Over the last few days I called to add F1 and was told it's an extra £21.00. On calling today about other stuff I was told I had all the SPORTS package, which I never asked for and F1 is only £2.50!!!!! “This firm are a joke!!”

Had to call an engineer out as I was not getting any signal. Was told that I have to pay £65 for an engineer visit as my sky box is out of warranty. This means they will be charging me for a service they are unable to provide. Needless to say I have cancelled my account with them. Virgin for me from now on… Read Full Review

After being a loyal customer with SKY for over 10 years, I was due a refund of 14 measley pounds. It has now been 4 months, and I have yet to see a single penny of that money. Customer services are incompetent, absolutely useless, unhelpful and just a bunch of call-centre people who respond from a script. “time wasters”

I had my installation date this saturday. I kept receiving texts and emails to remind me to be home between 1 & 6pm. I booked a day off and was home from 7am just in case if they arrive early. after seing no sign of Engineer i rang sky at 05:50pm to find out when was he coming. Rejoined Sky after cancelling due to very poor customer service. I only re-joined as they had advised about 1/2 price offers. I was told it would be £42.50PER MONTH FOR EVERYTHING (Sky, broadband, and line rental). I said I would re join Sky on 6th Dec due to being told this and thinking it was an excellent deal. I am sitting here now with my sky screen on my tv displaying a big pop up sign displaying " for your information -to continue viewing please call sky phone......." what is going on? seeing as I pay the whopping sum of 80 quid per month to these muppets! “Locked out of my sky e-mails”

I cancelled my subscription to Sky and still have about 18 days left before everything is moved over to another service provider. I was sent a survey which I completed yesterday, not a very complimentary one, I might add. An hour later I attempt to log into my e-mail account and cannot. “Virgin media all the way ”

All I can say to all these reviews is never leave virgin media, and listen to their customer relations department, they make sense and always endeavour to help. Broadband is unreal mega fast compared to crappy phone line connection that sky have. Customer service experience is best out there and they don't charge tech call out fees. I was with sky for years and mostly put it down to a lazy attitude that I couldn't be bothered to switch, when I eventually did, it was the best move I ever made… Read Full Review

I have been with Sky for more than 5 years on TV, Phone and Broadband. Recentlywe are without Phone and Broadband for 5 days and they could not identify where the fault has occured...its terrible, they dont answer on phone properly, worst customer service, they are surviving just on Sky Sports otherwise no body looks after them...Callout charges are huge and they want their customers to agree even without looking at the problem.
