There is LITERALLY no point what so ever in buying Sky+ as the main feature, the fact you can record TV and play it back, does not work well at all. On some channels it works fine but on channels like Sky 1, Channel 4 and many others it will skip during playback.

Sky + is a total waste of time. I had sky upgrade me from normal to plus just before Christmas. It is in short totally rubbish. I personally feel that generally Sky do not treat their customers very well at all. No bonuses for loyalty here once they have you as a customer they do tend to lose interest in any problems or concerns you may have in favour of recruiting new customers who get all the good deals and offers!

After 3 boxes I would have thought we would get a good one. So far the same problems are still there and I'm considering cancelling my subscription if yet another service call to Sky doesn't cure our problems.

It does my head in 70% of the time. I can't get all the channels I'm supposed to.
We have had Sky movies on for 5 months, we can only pick up the first 2 movie channels it's too jumpy to watch a film,
if it's raining outside you have to turn the sky plus box off and watch good old analogue TV. ...

Had NTL for about 5 years before moving to Sky and Sky+ last year. Wouldn't be without it and certainly wouldn't go back to NTL. Love the freedom it gives us as we record and series link all favourites like Eastenders but can watch them when convenient plus if they have changed when it's on we don't ...

I've been a sky customer since they began. Sky+ for just under 12 months. I'm on my 4th box and each of the three serviceable ones has had a different problem. I'm hoping this one is OK as my 12 month guarantee is about to expire.
