I' made the purchase under the understanding they were caninsurlin brand! Some of the syringes had little black rubber inserts missing so they could not be used others were wonky inside so the dosages were wrong! Not happy that I' paid over £30 for them when they were faulty!

Excellent next day service but the syringes were packed in an oversize box ON TOP of the "protective??" brown paper - surely bubble wrap would be more appropriate

Ordered some fly spray for our horses but what the site doesn't say is if its in stock after waiting with no delivery I emailed them which they apologised but the item was dispatched so I phoned them to see when when it was dispatched to be told they was dispatching today as they was out of stock so had to cancel as our normal supplier had just got stock and could pickup straight away,why didn't they inform me when I ordered that it was out of stock I could have gone elsewhere I find this a very poor service and remember that the web site isn't a live site won't be using again .
